Windows-related issues

Every day after Windows startup I see a privacy warning from my antivirus software (Trend Micro Maximum Security) that one or more new files in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp is trying to access my C: drive, as it is protected against ransom attack by the antivirus software, and offering to block it.

The files being blocked are all of a certain type, ending .tmp.exe. File properties reveal them to be "7-Zip Standalone Console" files, and are executable.

Are you able to tell me what this executable is doing in the background? I am suspicious of it.
(I cannot add an exe file to this submission)

Is there a way i can add my one drive files in to be scanned by the duplicate file finder tool? as 90% of my files/ photos are saved on one drive amd when it scans it doesnt scan it.

Since installing your software and optimizing my internet has gradually slowed down to a crawl. After checking all other issues I could think of I went to rescue centre and reverted back to only restore date available which in itself was unusual as when going through the various tools a couple of weeks ago there were 3 or 4 restore dates. After doing a restore the internet speed improved but after a day or so it is right back to a crawl. I do run a VPN for security but disabling the VPN makes no difference. Any suggestions as where to look?

ps - just checked off the realtek as I have no idea where the problem is

I have a pretty decent computer that I had built 5 years ago for online gaming. Whenever I am in a large group setting with 15+ people I get significant FPS loss down to 10-15 FPS. It makes it impossible to play competently and affects my performance drastically in such settings so much so to the point that groups don't want me joining them because it is such a hindrance. My gaming laptop that was significantly cheaper by about $4,000 runs the same game more smoothly in these settings with 15+ people. I would really like to get to the bottom of what is causing this to happen so I can play competently and progress with my team.

When starting my computer (or when locked) I'm allways directly prompted for password or pin, whith a blury picture in background.
However I like those beautyful pictures and would like to see them clearly prior to logging in. What to do?

Добрый день. Вопрос один, может подскажите, как то можно без сторонего софта(в реестре может), ограничить право программам переключать фокус между окнами? Т.е. например какая-то программа в фоне запускает новое окно, и оно открывается по верх текущего(активного).
Ну грубо говоря программа обновлялась апдейтером, и по завершению обновления запустилась, таким образом переключив фокус на себя

It shows Windos cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropiate permissiong to access the item. I reformated my pc and its the same.
