I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Voice recognition does not work
Upon starting I get a message that voice recognition can not be started - that I have to correct the language in the master control. Microsoft Works 9.0
I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?

Boost resets location to not enabled.
Now my privacy & security > Location shows location sevices off and managed by your orginization.
How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.

I conntected with Bluetooth the device - Speaker JBL Flip 5 (bluetooth connection only). It appear in the the Setting / bluetooth Devices of Windows 10
But in the setting of Windows 10 the device does not appear so I can not use it.
You gave me for the same quesion an answer for old windows (8) and for headset. I donot have Playback in the setting...
I tried to replace the driver, to update my windows 10 and restart,....It does not help
I'll be glad to have the right solution

How do I get Cyber Protect Home Office to remove privacy issues in my browsers? I have thousands (yes, thousands) of pointers or cookies identified in the scan that never get removed. None of the previous versions of BoostSpeed would remove the offending files either. Thank you.

Download Folder files
After using Auslogics BoostSpeed to try and increase the free space on my main drive C, I've accidentally purged my entire Downloads folder and deleted everything that was stored there which made my to try and recover the files. First using Auslogics BoostSpeed to try search for them unsuccessfully as well as several other software that does the same. I've only managed to find few of the files I was looking for during one of the early scans which I foolishly did not try and immediately recover which caused me to no longer be able to find the files in later searches to find more of it.
Is it possible to undo the cleaning processes of Auslogics BoostSpeed so that it could revert the state of the folder to one that never lost its contents?

One of the reasons I purchased Ausilogic is to help me with performance. My computer freezes up for 10 seconds or so every few minutes. I don't know if hardware is failing, if there is a miscatch among compenentry.

Drive error alert but the scan shows nothing

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

Displaying wrong color/crap in photos

After using boost speed I discover that my paintshop pro and canon software dont display photos properly.
As you can see in attached file it is totaly wrong and also on canon.
I have done a complete reinstallation af paintshop pro according to advice from corel and it didn help.
So boostspeed has done something, but I dont know where to restore from.
