I have a 1Gbps connection and before I used to get between 700Mbps to 800Mbps down and 250Mbps up. My last test at speedtest.net was 87.6 Mbps down and and 62.7 Mbps. (Cannot even hit a 100Mbps.) I have the latest drivers and unistalled the device and reinstalled it. Did not run internet optimization after the reinstall and ther results are the same. Auslogics Boostspeed 12 changed something somewhere and I cannot figure out where. I have spent a few days trying to resolve this problem. I really do not want to go back and spend a a couple days reformatting and reinstalling eveything again.
Also just to note at the bottom of the screen where it shows CPU % HDD % Ram % the NET % shows 0 when it used to work before. Even the networking in Taskmanger shows 0% usage even though I have a slow connectionn there is no usage showing.

I thought about purchasing a new Network Adapter however I am a retired FF/Medic and live on a tight budget and cannot really afford it and then to discover that did not fix the issue either.
After installing your product software, my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 stopped printing.
Although the printer is wireless connected. The PC sees the printer. HP diagnostics says that the printer is working and connected.
So everything as far as I can observe is connected and working.
When I click the print button in WORD, the printer goes through its process, makes all the clicking sounds and it just stops without printing. I looked at the printer queue and the document loads, then it disappears from the queue and nothing happens.
The printer quiets down and stops dead. Although the printer is connected and on.
By the way, I have a 2 laptops also connected to the printer by WIFI. These laptops do not have your software installed on them. When I print from them, the printer works. So, I know that the printer is working correctly. Besides, it's new!

Boostspeed runs every Sunday morning as part of scheduled maintenance I set-up. After it runs, I am prompted to re-enter my product key for Fences. I do this and Fences works fine. This is a nuicance though as I should not need to do this - the Fences registration is valid. Given the timing is consistent, I am assuming Boostpeed is causing this issue.
Several weeks ago, I did exempt my Anti-Virus software from scanning the Fences folder which contains the registration certificate. However, the prompts continue.
If Boostspeed is indeed causing this issue, is there a way to have it avoid removing/maninpulating the registration of this software so I don't have to re-enter the product code weekly?

Привет! У меня вопрос по программе Ausjogics BoostSpeed. Дело в том, что при каждом новом запуске загружается рекламное окно с предложением дополнить вашими прграммными продуктами мою систему. Это окно сжирает много ресурсов системы, что приводит к зависанию и потере времени, значительной потере. Как можно отключить данное окно? Ведь то , что меня интересовало, я уже приобрёл. Не хотелось бы получать разочарование от вашей продукции.

I have exchanged the USB-C device because I thought it was faulty, but the same problem is repeated.
When loading Auslogics Disk Defragmenter, I get the following message box:

Error message: The specified module could not be found.
I've tried to uninstall the program, but get the message box:

At this point, I'm about ready to pull all my hair out. I can't seem to find the cause. The only finding has been:

since updates to win 10 my laptop no longer has functioning shift keys. i have checked sticky keys etc are all off. i have deleted driver for keyboard, restarted laptop to reinstall driver. i have been to laptop compies website and can find no driver updates for my model. acer 771555z.
I can not find a way to BLOCK New Auslogics Notifications of upgrades . I have blocked Registry notifications tring to end pop ups of Auslogic Up-grades . IF you can not seem to have FREE upgrades for presently purchased Auslogics 11 , then simply place your up grades into an Auslogics 12 and STOP bugging members with you desiring money for upgrades . Your Subcategory answer question makes NO sense ! This is an Auslogics 11 Programming delima ,none of the subcategory comment shown above have nothing to do with Auslogics 11 , that I know of, as of yet.
Why woud you duplicate file finder delete the original video file from my computer instead of the empty file with the same name in itunes and leave me with all my videos gone and a bunch of movies I can not use or watch in itunes
That was hours of work for me and now I have nothing left and have to start all over and that was over 100 movies I downloaded
How is that a helpful program a duplicate means duplicate in every way not just in name
Generally, copy and paste do not work with mouse druppin a meny. Now, I have to use tne keyboar,Control "c" to copy and control.'V' to paste. this has slowed my ompute use condiderably.
somtimes I can see a quick flas of the menu, but it disppears befoe any action can take place.

После очистки и оптимизации компьютера с помощью Auslogics BoostSpeed перестал работать микрофон - и встроенный, и в любых наушниках. Система его видит, во всех настройках разрешено его использование, но на звук никак не реагирует.
На всякий случай прикладываю скрин менеджера программы - в заблокированных файлах есть куча файлов, связанных с драйвером звуковой карты Conexant, после исключения их из списка блокировки все равно не работает. Все это время звук в наушниках и без них есть.
I have had a Fujitsu S1500 ScanSnap scanner on my computer since I got it. Something happened lately (probably a refresh of Win10) and the program, ScanSnap Manager, stopped opening automatically when I turned on the scanner (connected by USB). After trying every remedy I could think of, I uninstalled the ScanSnap software, and cleaned the registry, figuring that I would reinstall the software from the original disk.
But even though I've done everything I know how to do to wipe the computer free of any traces of the original program, as you can see from the attached screen shot, the installer is not letting me install the program as it thinks there's a version already on the computer. There's nothing in installed programs, nor the registry, related to this program. And I force uninstalled it too. At this point I'm unable to use my scanner. Help!
