Recovering Deleted Files
How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

Ok ..so Ill just tell my problem: I started getting unsuccessful access tries constantly for mm a year ,it wassnt like that before, and i dont know from where or why.. my Mobile? But some are from Firefox and i dont have it anywhere anymore Have you seen something like this before? I have a picture ..screenshot

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Когда сижу в наушниках в одном ухе тихо играет музыка. Пробовал закрывать все приложения, смотреть в микшере громкости - проблему не нашел. Прибавление звука системы звук музыки не прибавляет. Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

Two weeks ago I cleaned things up with your program..I rememeber cleaning "empty folders". Not sure if I touched registry clean.
I recently have noticed that my outlook email querries (IMAp etc) does not do a proper search . Only a few items related to the question show up.
Also Onenote desktop does not search and find all items. On other computers One note and outlook work fine. On my main desktop, (which has your program) some items are found on the search but not all that should be there in the querry.
On Onenote web on this machine, all items are searched and work.. Other computers work fine. But onenote deskotop on this one machine only finds few items related to the question. Talking to microsoft they think somethinkg happended to windows search in registry.
Can I recover what might ave been deleted in the cleanup. Are files deleted, stored somewere

HP Probook crashes

I need to know why my laptop crashes when using Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro 11. I've have this program on other devices and it works flawlessly. The program works as it should until it reaches 88% and then it crashes the system and I have to do a hard shutdown which really shouldn't be done. I've uninstalled the Disk Defrag and reinstalled it and the same result. Crashes at 88%.
What could be the issue. This is the only app in use to defrag. Using Win 10 Pro with 16gb of ram, 500 gb SSD and AMD A8 processor at 1.8ghz.
Also I've been using Boost Speed with no hitches but decided due to cost to just subscribe to Disk Defrag only.

My Touch Screen Monitor stopped working and I have gone into Devices and it is not listed under "HID compliant devices" but under Monitor as "GENARIC".

Bluetooth devices can't connect
After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!
Temperature raises very high when using Boostspeed 12
I used Boostspeed 11 for some time and never had temperature issues, after de Boostpeed 12 upgrade I noticed that the fan started to make annoying noises and checked the temperature of my Laptop with the Core Temp 1.16 program which says the temp goes above 90 degrees Celsius.
Tried to install 12 again with no result.
Now back to 11 again and the temperature is normal again.
My question is this a normal behaviour of the 12 version of boostspeed?
Host Services for Windows Processes
Does Boost speed address excessive memory use by Host Services f or Windows Processes? This app is continually hogging 1/3 of my PC memory.

Bootspeed 12 hung at 13% complete
Started a scan and it is in Stability with a message that says 12047, scanning please wait. Detail screen says 13% complete. Its been like this for 24 hours. What do I do now?

After running Bootspeed for the first time in a long time, I get the error message, "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." It affects my Bluetooth, plus it is annoying to have the error message popup on my screen every five minutes. Do you recommend that I go to "Restore Points"? I have an early February date available.

Suddenly, I have no sound. Have run all the recommended troubleshooting in settings etc., have NEVER used headphones or headset on this laptop, don't know what else to try?
Your Defrag program
Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

Can't open my Chinese typing software
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.
I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU
Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?

Lo que sucede es que anterior mente mi computador no le servia el programa Word y pues yo lo desintale y al intentar eliminar mis archivos para volver lo a instalar eliminar, quizas algunos archivos necesarios para Windows, pero el probrema llego en realidad, cuan al intentar instalar de nuevo el office,este se daño, y me dice que Windows ha devuelto una referencia, y asi con todos lo programas, e incluso me desactivo varia aplicaciones, es decir, este no deja instalar programas
