Auslogics icon for all users

I want to know how my husband can get Auslogics on his side of our computer? He tried to download the new version but encountered an error! Is there a fix for this?

Auslogics Driver Updater should I cancel or wait for installation to finish?

I am trying to update my Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 driver via Auslogics Driver Updater and it's taking a very long time to install. I began the process yesterday (29/03/24) at around 7pm and expected it to take a long time to back-up the old driver setting and then download the new driver. I've come back to my computer at 30/03/24 at 1pm and it is still installing.

Should I continue to wait (and if so, for how long) or should I cancel the installation and rollback to the older driver?

I have changed my power setting to High without any permission to go to sleep so the PC has not gone into sleep mode mid-process. I have also shut down most non-critical background processes (Steam, OneDrive, etc) to let Auslogics Driver Updater have as much CPU / RAM as needed.

I have a pc and monitor and the cables got mixed up when moving house.
My monitor is Acer K222HQLBID 21.5 Inch HDMI Monitor.
My personal computer is PACKARD BELL - iMedia S 2885 Desktop PC

One of the cables is a 5amp cable and the other is a 10 amp cable. They both have the same connection at the other end to attach to the equipment.
I cannot find the manuals and am having no success online to find the answer.

Do you know which cable is for the monitor and which cable is for the personal computer.

Which devise is used with the 5 amp cable and which device is used with the 10 amp cable?

Continuous self opening replication of 'my files' or 'This PC' files

Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Your software seems to have stopped my search from working

Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

I have Acer Aspire 5750 G laptop, pritty old one, with win10 latest. It works well but when it goes to sleep mode everything gets slow (all applications, movement of mouse, all system), I've been waited for a long time to give it a time to wake up but nothing. Only solutions is to restart it, and after that it is in normal working mode. Before latest win10 update (2004) it was OK.
I tried so many things to do (everything throu Auslogics, update driver, clean up, registry, defrag ...), but nothing.
Is there any advice from you?

After running Bootspeed for the first time in a long time, I get the error message, "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." Started a scan and it is in Stability with a message that says 12047, scanning please wait. Detail screen says 13% complete. Its been like this for 24 hours. What do I do now?

New update fails to open

I am running Windows 10 Pro 19043.1052
I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

Как устранить неисправность

Операционная система не загружается. После включения компьютера загрузка операционной системы прекращается, колёсико всё время крутится и крутится. Такое положение может продолжаться и 1 час, и 2 часа и 4 часа. Больше не пробовал. Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)

Hi there,
Windows search indexer seems to be taking forever to finish.
I have restarted the process, limited the number of files to index and even disable the AV to allow indexer to index faster.
But after a while it comes back and keeps eating away between 60% to 24% of CPU

Any fix for that? runing on (win11 64 bits.

I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.

I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
