Can not delete most recent Restore Point or any other point

Hi,
I've tried many methods to delete most recent Restore Point or any other point even via the cmd prompt *deleting shadow copies) and it doesn't work. I installed some software my IOBIT Uninstaller cannot find to uninstall and it is not in the list of Add/Remove programs but they are 368MB in size and installed in my pc and cannot llocate them. Only going back to my previous restore point would work and I try to do it but it does not work. PC boots up saying system restore failed most likely dur to active anti-virus software but I have my Bitdefender dissabled permanently when I did the restore point procedure.

Any ideas? Could Bootspeed interfere with restoring the pc at an earlier restore point?

Location

Since installing BoostSpeed and using the various tools, my computer Location function is no longer operable. In Settings, all options to switch location settings on are greyed out. I have follewed various YouTube suggestions to no avail. One Registry key the videos refer to I don't seem to have anymore, although I can't find it deleted in BoostSpeed bin. The key is:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lfsvc\TriggerInfo

Any ideas? Not sure how much info you need from me or how much you already know. I need to resolve this issue. I do not want to do a clean install of Windows 10 as I will lose all my Apps etc. I am not a computer expert by any means, so please keep any suggestions simple for me to understand. Thanks.

in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem

When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.

It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.

How do I get the SCAN to switch drives?

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. High Resource Usage Detection

I cannot hear anything on videos etc

I used malwarebytes to eliminate issues regarding popups and since then I cannot hear any videos. I have tried everything from chrome settings (BTW no sound on Explorer or Edge either) up to and including this software to correct. However to no avail.

There must be something I am missing...please help.

Auslogics Boostspeed 12

My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.
