I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?

tried to fix humming but it didnt help and made the speakers quiet
hello ive just tried to fix a buzzing sound coming from my speaker i downloaded it restarted my computer, but it didnt help the buzzings still there and now the speaker is really quiet from the fix

Removing all traces of google from windows
Is there an efficient way of removing all things (every mention of) Google from my sysem, preferably using your products?
In the pase I have gone through the registry line-by-line and removed anything that says "Google," "Chrome," or "android." this takes a long time and is teadious but I am usually successful in keeping Google out of my life.

windows 10 very slow

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

Location is turned off and GREYED OUT.
Everytime I install BoostSpeed 12, in Windows the Location services on Windows 11/10 are greyed out automatically in the Operating System due to the presence of this third-party software. Due to this glitch, I am not able to toggle the Location services on and off and also cannot change any settings related to it. I have tried every hack and registry fix that Microsoft tells me to do and still nothing...location is GREYED OUT

Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'
Hi folks
Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.
I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt

Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.

From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

No Windows Update KB5008212
From a couple of months now, I am unable to install Windows Update "Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 Systems (KB5008212)". Windows Update is urging me to do so, but all I get is error (0x800f0831). I've tested all kind of solutions from Microsoft and other sources, and tried al least a dozen times, with no success. Some sources insists in the fact you need previous updates installed before this oner, and Bootspeed 12 clears update files as a part of Windows Slimmer tool. Is the first time I experience a problem like this and, even not critical, is worrying me because I can get a solution. Best regards.

100% deletion of "pre-installed" software
Hi there,
I downloaded some "pre-installed" software on my computer (i.e., just need to unzip the RAR file and the software will start working; no need to manually run the installation tool). If I no longer need this software, how do I completely uninstall it? I already deleted the "pre-installed" files, but I believe my computer still has some residual memory of it. I did a registry cleanup already...anything else I need to do?

only get PAINT and 3D PAINT, but I'm not intersted in those programs.
I can find the folder Windows Photo Viewer in my Program Files, but this folder has two subfolders (one Eng and one NL) and both are empty. I don't understand why, because I didn't was deleting them.
I heard it is possible to restore the old PhotoViewer in Win 10 , by inserting a register- script.
Can you help me to find that script ?

when right click in file explorer, it load very slow
my laptop is so far no problem, but everytime when i am using the file explorer, when i right click certain file, it load for a long time. My laptop is quite new, it is nitro 5 and i don't know why this issue exist, I am looking forward to solve this issue. thanks a lot!
