No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.

When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. As time passes, it starts with that situation of going only words back when typing or leaving the current text box as if pressing tab.

All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

Lo que sucede es que anterior mente mi computador no le servia el programa Word y pues yo lo desintale y al intentar eliminar mis archivos para volver lo a instalar eliminar, quizas algunos archivos necesarios para Windows, pero el probrema llego en realidad, cuan al intentar instalar de nuevo el office,este se daño, y me dice que Windows ha devuelto una referencia, y asi con todos lo programas, e incluso me desactivo varia aplicaciones, es decir, este no deja instalar programas
Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11
I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).
I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Now my privacy & security > Location shows location sevices off and managed by your orginization.
How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.
- I did reset location services once, but it was a PITA. And now I know how it gets reset.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Getting different kinds of BSOD's
Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

Computer won't charge?
Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system.
