Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.

Dear Sir / Madam, I bought the programs Defrag, Register Cleaner and Bootspeed from Auslogics. With license. I am satisfied with the programs but Malwarebytes sees these programs as a threat. See picture. How can this and how can I solve this.

mein Antivirusprogramm "Avira Antivirus Pro" stuft BoostSpeed permanent als Bedrohung ein und löscht es.
Gestern wurde BoostSpeed 3x gelöscht!

Hierfür hätte ich gerne eine Lösung von Ihnen erfahren.

New for this past week: upon boot up, before opening, screen gives me option of "checking disk" before start up. If I choose not to, I'm to press any keyboard letter within 8 seconds. When I reject option by pressing letter, message disappears and computer opens normally. I've done all the disk checks and cleaning multiple times.
What's this all about?

Does not open on click, File Open required.

MS Excel does not open on click, need to go to File Open. When received as an email attachment, MS Excel only opens a blank grey screen. Can only open after saving attachment then doing a File Open.
Tried the DDE thinh and your software said it had made the necessary changes to allow MSExcel files to be opened by clicking on them rather than using File Open

Auslogics Driver Updater 1.23.0.2

Уже не первый раз встроенный антивирус Windows 10 "ругается" на программу, после чего удаляет DriverUpdaterHelper.dll, выдаёт код ошибки 0х0000007Е, и просит переустановить программу. А сейчас при попытке загрузки сетапа с вашего сайте пишет, что она содержит вредоносную программу. Пожалуйста, подскажите, как мне решить данную проблему, чтобы на будущее я с ней не сталкивался? Форма техподдержки непосредственно по вашим программам не работает ни через Мозиллу, ни через Хром, сообщения не отправляются, поэтому пишу здесь. Пожалуйста, сбросьте мой счётчик бесплатных вопросов.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Getting different kinds of BSOD's

Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

Documents not opening

For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

Computer won't charge?

Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system.
