EWhy does every time i run the BoostSpeed 12 scan it deletes all of my Spotify downloaded playlist files?

Is there something stopping me from changing Windows Installer from manual?
HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
Windows 10 Disc Optimizer
I have a Samsung Portable SSD T5 (1Terabyte) connected to my Lenovo Ideapad PC Laptop (running Windows 10 64bit) via the USB 3 port.
Windows and Samsung SSD software are both up-to-date. When I run the Windows 10 Disc Optimiser it does not detect the Samsung SSD and only shows my harddrive SSD therefore I cannot optimise it using Windows 10. I have tried connecting it to the other USB ports on my PC (these are both USB 2) but the result is the same.
Do you have any idea what can be causing this and is there a solution ?
(My Samsung SSD is detected by BoostSpeed 11 in the "Optimize" section)
I have included a screenshot of the Windows 10 "Optimise Drives" window on my PC if that helps.

I successfully uupdated all my outdated drivers using the Update Drivers app, except this one:
When I attempt to update driver for Standard SATA AHCI Controller the boot device becomes unaccessible, and I need to reset the system with restore point.

Auslogics Disk Defrag does not recognize my c drive as a ssd drive. It recognizes other drives as ssd drives just not the c drive. What do I do?
Driver update potential issue
Unused Applications - Application Logs
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!
