Can I safely run an Empty Folder SCAN without deleteing important files like the Document File????????

hello,my laptop has had an issue where the settings app does not open because it does not have an app associated with it. How can i fix this issue? It does not open at all.

I signed up and paid my money, got my License Key. Downloaded version 10 and now it acts like I can't use it for SSD's and wants me to buy the "exact same thing again". WTH is going on???

I am using Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 OS build 19042.964. recently some of the basic windows apps like Caculator, Calendar etc are not working in my system. Windows Defender firewall is also not running. Any solutions please advice.
