printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.

My ETS5 still crashes upon opening. Is there some function in the registry cleaner that I have overlooked?
win 11 login issue
my laptop was set up with a email the i had to stop using because it was hacked, now when i try to log in the first login that is i see located in the center of the screen, that is the one that has the old email address. i also have two other emails that show up at the same time in the lower left side of the screen, either one will get me in, the old email will not let me get in, how do i remove the old email address from the login screen and pick of one of the two for primary login?

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Voice recognition does not work
Upon starting I get a message that voice recognition can not be started - that I have to correct the language in the master control. I have been trying for months to find that and can't get it to work. HP has been no help at all. I bought this for voice to type usage in Microsoft Word, but can not get it to function

System is running slow
I am trying to run disk clean up & compress the file to increase space in C drive but I am getting error that some of the file is not working properly. I have to skip some of the files then I am able to compress the system files.

Every day after Windows startup I see a privacy warning from my antivirus software (Trend Micro Maximum Security) that one or more new files in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp is trying to access my C: drive, as it is protected against ransom attack by the antivirus software, and offering to block it.
The files being blocked are all of a certain type, ending .tmp.exe. File properties reveal them to be "7-Zip Standalone Console" files, and are executable.
For instance:

cec08685-b06f-4c1d-a05c-0333f9a5ce4e.tmp.exe
Are you able to tell me what this executable is doing in the background? I am suspicious of it.

Recordig Audio
I would like to record audio from my turntable (Line level) to my Dell 5567 Laptop. The only Recording device that windows detects (listed in the "Recording" tab of the "Sound" dialogue box) is "Microphone" Obviously I don't want to use Microphone as the Recording device.
I would like to use the 3.5mm Jack Speaker/Headphone socket as the Recording input device, but although it is listed as a Playback device, it is not listed as a Recording device.

Continuous self opening replication of 'my files' or 'This PC' files
Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Votre logiciels a apparemment affecté certains liens, car on ne voit plus les vignettes des photos dans les Fichiers.
Pour les voir il faut les ouvrir les photos dans leur lecteur.
Peut-on les récupérer?

Olá, gostaria de saber, o por que do meu SSD sempre está com 20Gb ocupando espaç ociosoo, sendo que não instalei nenhum programa e para desocupar esse espaço tenho que rodar o programa Boostspeed, portanto gostaria de saber o que afço para que esse espaço não continuasse sendo ocupado?
