1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

bluetooth dissapeared from device manager after cleanup
I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

Hi! Everytime that I run Auslogics, that scans my computer for errors, cleans websites, etc.), my printer stops connecting properly with my computer. It appears that it affects the drivers. I have to clean out the printer, reinstall, etc., that takes a great deal of time. Your program speeds up my computer, which is great. But this repeated problem with my printer is a serious issue. so my windows 7 ultimate needs upadate to windows 10 so tryed to update it but it randomly shut off. i tryed again but it huppened again. so i though it was the update thats not working. i was playing a game but it huppend again. it made a lot of noise and shuts off without warning so i did i everthing i cold to fix bt cant seem to fix it at all. what should i do. i need to update it but to update it i need it to stop randomly shuting off
Settings
The last two times now that I Have used the "Protect" feature. All of my saved log ins have been deleted. I've had to go to the rescue center, and restore the stuff that was done. I need to know how to properly configure the settins so this does not happen again.
Indexing keep turning off
I noticed that my Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 keeps turning of my windows search indexing. How can i prevent that from happening.

Auslogics BoostSpeedを最近アップデートして以来、integrator.exeのCPU負荷が30%になっていてファンが止まりません。このプロセスを止めたいのですがどうすればよいでしょうか？

When i wanted to pay for Auslogic Boostspeed 11 i couldn't complete the payment. That was because i use paypal and dont use a card for paypal.
The fact is that i dont use any type of creadit card or such, i only have a bankcard that i dont leave out for web buys. That is why i have used Paypal for such transactions.
Auslogic is so far the only company that tells me i need to have a card connected to my Paypal account.
The thing is as you demand that customers must use a card you are actually promoting some people to find a cracked version for Boostspeed 11 and use that. you are loosing out on sells by refusing to let people use paypal straight as it is.
Anyway, i hope you all have a nice day and take vare of yourselfe.
