'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and
'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.
Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.
There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

I've tried many methods to delete most recent Restore Point or any other point even via the cmd prompt *deleting shadow copies) and it doesn't work. I installed some software my IOBIT Uninstaller cannot find to uninstall and it is not in the list of Add/Remove programs but they are 368MB in size and installed in my pc and cannot llocate them. Only going back to my previous restore point would work and I try to do it but it does not work. PC boots up saying system restore failed most likely dur to active anti-virus software but I have my Bitdefender dissabled permanently when I did the restore point procedure.
Any ideas? Could Bootspeed interfere with restoring the pc at an earlier restore point?
Dear Sirs: Your screen is slightly too big for my 19' monitor, so i cannot read to bottom 2 cenbtimeters of the application. Hence thus not being able to resolve the problems in question. Hlow to reduce your sceen size so i can see all of it???.
I have AOL Desktop Gold & it worked good for a few years, then when I signed in, the orange ball appeared, and after that, nothing; AOL trtied to fix it, via reinstall but couldn't. Any suggestions?

Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à formater, j'avais windows 8.1 pro cela marcher très bien ,j'ai été visité par des hakers. pertubation de mon ordinateur ,j'ai restalllé le logiciel 8.1 pro ,il m' installé version entreprise evaluation! j' ai acheté windows 10 famille ce ne marche pas. j'ai téléchargé le logiciel formatage de bas niveau cela ne marche pas . je suis embété pouvez vous le faire à ma place pour je puisse tous réintaller, merci d'avance de votre compréhention ,en attente de votre réponse M AUBOURG Didier (FRANCE)
