東芝のflashair toolというアプリをインストールすると途中で「プロセスはファイルにアクセスできません。別のプロセスがファイルの一部をブロックしています。」と出てインストールできません。auslogicsを使って解決する方法を教えてください。

I need to know why my laptop crashes when using Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro 11. I've have this program on other devices and it works flawlessly. The program works as it should until it reaches 88% and then it crashes the system and I have to do a hard shutdown which really shouldn't be done. I've uninstalled the Disk Defrag and reinstalled it and the same result. Crashes at 88%.
What could be the issue. This is the only app in use to defrag. Using Win 10 Pro with 16gb of ram, 500 gb SSD and AMD A8 processor at 1.8ghz.
Also I've been using Boost Speed with no hitches but decided due to cost to just subscribe to Disk Defrag only.

And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.
