I am the target of a very vicious hacker. A short time ago I receieved a notice from Auslogics of a new file that had recently been added into my system. I checked to understand more, then deleted it. However, I was lucky to see this notice. If I am away from my desk and a notice pops up I may miss it. The Wireless Network Adapter cuts out
I keep losing the wifi connection while I am online. The Windows troubleshooter states the wireless network adapter has to be reset--which is does and the wifi works again...temporarily. Then it cuts out again and I go through the same drill, over and over.
What is messing with the WNA? No other device in my house using the wifi has this problem. Only my laptop I am using now.

The registry cleaner tells me it has cleaned 14000 or so items from Installed Programs. When I reboot and restart the process, i t still finds the same number of items.

I am using Windows 10, do I need both Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge? I sometimes receive a message from Auslogics saying I may have a privacy issue and that I should look at my privacy settings... but as there is no indication of what the privacy setting should be or what has changed, I don't know what I am supposed to be checking.

Empty Folder Cleaner and Windows
Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

Unable to update Windows 11 to 22H2....
My computer has stopped being able to use Windows Update to install normal updates, including Windows 11 22H2. All software and drivers are up to date. I have late generation motherboard (Asus Rampage VI Extreme), intel CPU 10980XE, and nVidia 3090. I have followed multiple scripts from the internet to clean out the software update folder. Any ideas?

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.

Windows 11, PC Sleeps when it shouldn't
My W11 (Home edition) desktop PC has the following settings
'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and
'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.
Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.
There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

Yesterday, once BoostSpeed 12 was installed, I carried out its cleaning procedures, and after connecting to the internet it sent me a message on two occasions indicating slowness on my computer and that this would be resolved with the PRO version. I want to know if this is real, or if the problem lies in insufficient memory, old processor, or disk characteristics, or all of them, and should I buy a new computer; but, for the time being, I want to avoid this last option.

AUSOLOGICS 12 UPDATE NOTIFCATION
Dear Support, I have Auslogics Boostspeed 12 on my machine. There was a flash on the screen of 12.2.0.0 a recommended update.
So my question is there was nothing in that flash update telling me if its a to pay for update or for free. This need to be shown in my book. Do you see where I am coming from with this? It shows what the big fixes are with the new update but yet nothing about if you hit the link if there is a small payment involved. This needs to be incorporated as part of any firmware update in my book. Regards Paul

Suggestion to mute certain notifications
I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

Slower Internet Speeds
Hello, I have verizon gigabit internet. Since February I built a pc and was enjoying 700 mbps speeds using ethernet connection to my Nighthawk XR500. For the last couple months, I have been experience under 50 mbps speed and cannot figure out why. I have tried updating drivers and software and firmware but nothing has worked. I purchased boostspeed and optimized but has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. I get speeds of around 500 to 600 on my phone.

I've tried everything such as going to Nvidia Contol Panel and choosing cs:go, and setting it on my Nvidia card. When I go to Graphics settings and choose CS:GO it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 for Power Saving and High Performance (which it shouldn't be like this) . I've installed the latest version of my Nvidia Card ( which is 391.35). The only way I can use my Nvidia Graphics for CS:GO is that I have to disable Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 in Device Manager (which then I'm limited to 60HZ and can't change color settings)
