Can I use the same licence to upgrade other PCs to BootSpeed 13 Pro?
What is required for our second PC to be upgraded to Pro?

partition unable to delete

mysteriosly at some time this drive got extra partition. it originally had terbyte. I install seagate disc wizard, which recognized the second partition, but when I asked it to delete the partition it did not nor did it explain why not. of course when I asked windows 10 to format the drive, it only formatted the first partition (only 4gb). I want only ONE partition at this time

Disable textinputhost.exe on Windows 10

Hi there
This file is obviously spyware, and logs every key stroke one makes. I use to be able to disable it and did delete it using BoostSpeed13, but now it has locked itself, so i can no longer disable or delete it.
When i disable it, it shows in the task manager and the Services tab that it is still running even with it being disabled. If i close it using task manager, as soon as i hit a key on the keyboard, it reopens. There is one other program that is very similar to this and also opens and runs, clipmanager i think it is called. I can disable this, but it also comes back, not immediately but normally within the day.
How can i deleted these files or disable them perminently - they were never part of Windows 10 until very recently, so hence i beleiev e they are key logers and spyware.

Your Defrag program

Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?

I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

Using Dedicated Graphics Card

Hello there,
I've got a problem with switching to my dedicated graphics card. For some reason games like CS:GO tend to run on integrated graphics. I've tried everything such as going to Nvidia Contol Panel and choosing cs:go, and setting it on my Nvidia card. When I go to Graphics settings and choose CS:GO it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 for Power Saving and High Performance (which it shouldn't be like this) . I've installed the latest version of my Nvidia Card ( which is 391.35). The only way I can use my Nvidia Graphics for CS:GO is that I have to disable Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 in Device Manager (which then I'm limited to 60HZ and can't change color settings)
I'm using an Asus Laptop( Asus K53SV)
Here is some information about the hardware that I'm using:
Geforce GT 540M
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

Blue Screen

When ever I try to update any Auslogics software to the latest version, I get a blue screen error on my laptop. This happened earlier with Auslogics Registry Defrag and now happening with Auslogics BoostSpeed.

I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

A solution to this problem will be appreciated.

Запретить windows кэшировать в mapping file

Добрый день. Иногда падают игры, с ошибкой на нехватку оперативной памяти. Проблема в том что WIN10 уводит в кэш слишком много памяти. На скриншоте 1.6гб+, но это после чистки. было 10гб.
Используя RAMMap.exe выявил что те 10гб были схаваны Mapped File: standby. Почистил. но сейчас опять память утекает..
как можно отключить это недоразумение?
Служба SuperFetch отключена. Что еще может жрать память и не отдавать её?

Why won't my system allow me to upgrade to Pro Version? I have started getting a message - An Administrator has blocked you from using this App. That's not righty because I am the administrator and have checked my settings and can't see anything wrong. I have re-installed program and un-installed a few things that might be causing conflict and still can't find problem.

Suggestion to mute certain notifications

I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

By-the-way, I could not find "Bitdefender" in the subcategory drop down list for this subject.

外付けHDDのデーター復元

Auslogics bootSpeed 12のマイタスクの項目を処理したら、外付けHDDのデーターが消去されてしまいました。あまり画面を見ず、いいかげんに処理してしまいました。
File Recoveryでデーターを復元したいのですが、その方法を教えて下さい。
尚外付けHDDは、デスク管理上では、認識しています。RAW 正常 ベーシック データーパーティションとなっています。
しかしエラーメッセージがでます。F:¥にアクセスできません。このボリュームは認識可能なファイルシステムではありません。必要なファイルシステムドライバーがすべて読み込まれているか、ボリュームが壊れていないか確認してください。とのエラーメッセージです。
コンピュータ上では認識していますが、しかしFile Recovryを開くと、HDDは認識されていません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか???
このHDDには、重要なデーターが入っています。データー復元は失敗でいません。
ダメでしたら、業者にだします。
