Can not print

Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.

Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen

When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

PC slows down after a period of being on, following re-boot.

This has happened a while (over a year): I leave my PC on 24/7 to get updates, etc.

After I re-boot it works fine but several hours or perhaps a day later, the PC slows down and re-quires another re-boot.

I just noticed today, after upgrading to V 12.3.0.1 that, although it still slows down, I selected the Disable BoostSpeed instead of leaving BoostSpeed running in the background, and the PC immediately sped up to normal! This is the first time I have tried that.

Have you run into this anomoly before and/or do you have a fix for this?

Slow computer

Hello,
Before I started to use Auslogics my computer was very slow. Then I used your Auslogics and the computer was much faster. However, few days aftrer it become slow again from day to day. Every few days i do full Scan and Clean and it help a little bit (it become a bit faster , but not as it was the first time i did the first scan and then again after few hours it become slow again,

Проблемы с fps в играх

Здравствуйте, недавно начались проблемы с игровым ноутбуком, а именно низкие fps в играх, для сравнения, буквально месяц назад в игре counter strike global offencive было больше 200 fps, на данный момент выше 60 не поднимается ( проблема не в самой игре, в других тоже самое даже на низких настройках ) Ноутбуку год. Пересмотрев множество видео с вариантами решения проблемы, все равно не повышается качество игры. Уже и очистку, и сканирование делала с помощью вашей программы, все равно не выходит. Пытаюсь также драйвера обновить. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать.

Notifications

I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?

A little advice before running this feature

I am not having any windows 10 problems but am a little concerned about your optimization feature to remove outdated windows files. In my case there are 43.16 GB or 28,000 items indicated that could be cleared. The warning is that after this some files may have to be downloaded from Microsoft. Is this amount of files typical. My system has had Windows 7 on up so maybe this would help but there are so many of these files I dont want to crash my system. Any tips or advice on this would be appreciated

Unable to to Receive Emails on Laptop and Desktop, etc

Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

To Whom It May Concern,

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.
