The version of AMD software is no compatible with your current installed AMD graphics driver.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of AMD Software Adrenaline Edition 24.1.1 and it worked just fine.

But after the first reboot, all games stopped working and, when I tried to check AMD Software Adrenalin Edition, it says the software is not compatible with the driver.

Then, I have tried the AMD Software Compatibility Tool, that says everything is OK.

After a few uninstalls - with Revo Uninstaller total cleaning - and reinstalls, I'm still trapped in this loop.

So I'm contacting you guys to see if you can help me in this quest.

Cubase and low DSP, ISR latency

Hello
I would like to choose best performance and kick off unnecessary apps and perform tweaks
to have best available DPC latency on my computer in order to make music production.
I have applied BootSpeed tweaks, also affinity for my NVidia GPU, uninstall unneeded apps, disable my intel speedstep, choose power plan to make high performance (disable sleeping for devices), I have updated win11, I disabled unused features such as bluetooth, fax and unneeded devices, disabled HPET etc., hw connected as possible - ports verified, more in detail, sfc and dism- processed, ok results, I provide also those steps and my configuration for your opinion on this in order to recommend me additional steps, or what to do more for best possible result in my configuration
I understand, that its a lot of information at once, I just spent time to get this information and collect and I can send my current configuration in order too.

In general, I have question related to DPC latency once I am able to go around 100 microsecs., but not less - the way is, that I have 20-50 microsecs and after some time I go to around 100 (highest dpc exec.time)
I also monitored performance and got ntoskrnl and dxgkrnl/nvlddmkm and ndis with a bit higher numbers caused this.
Focused on drivers, updated and measured, not sure, how to process with better configuration still - I have disabled sleep modes and disable ipv6 etc.
I use 128/256 samples with 24bit/48000Hz for my audio configuration, the same in audio card, same in my Cubase projects and I disabled internal audio card onboarded.

Any your suggestions, where to focus, those are very appreciated to get best performance possibilities for my music production mode.

Pc Speed is slow compared to other devices

Hi

Recently I have noticed that my PC internet speed has drastically gone down. Every other device in the house has speeds of around 65mb upload speed. Yet my PC is around 6mb

I have tried disconecting ethernet cable and just connecting to the wifi but thats just as slow. I have also tried doing a network reset and that did not work. Every interent page used to be instant and now it really lags. I cannot do any online work until this is fixed.
Can you give me a list of things to try I am using windows 10

voici mon soucis ;
j ai télécharger AVG tune up en version free car boostspeed que j ai accheté est difficile d utilisation au 1 er abord ,de plus celui ci ne s ouvrait plus et n avait pas résolu mes divers problemes de fichiers registres manquants ou corompus .
Du coup après multiples recherches sur edge ia ,ce dernier m as aimablement proposé AVG , je l ai installé et tous mes soucis ce sont résolus ;rapidité,fluidité, enfin le top .
Ce jour j ai désinstallé boostSpeed 13 et retéléchargé ,je constate un très fort ralentissement et la gestion des taches m indique une très importante influence sur les ressources du processeur ,donc j ai tenté de vérifier mes pilotes avec votre appli que j ai également achetée ,elle m indique que mon pilote processeur est obsolète mais impossible de l installé ainsi qu un autre ,je ne sais pas ci cela résoudra mon problème mais ,mon pc rame alors que sans boostspeed il est très rapide ,pourquoi s il vous plait ?

Tiny Font

I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.

Windows News Widget in the Taskbar

I have recently removed MS Edge from my PC because I have found it so intrusive, changing settings and software useage etc. But now my Taskbar MS news widget displays headlines and pix but will not show the news in detail when clicked on. Previouslt it complained it couldn't find Edge, now it just does nothing. How do I set the widget to use my current browser. I am proficient in tweaking the registry but have resisted that so far. Thanks.

Microsoft Edge and...

Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

Skipped traces

Lanovo with windows 10

Just upgraded to latest BoostSpeed 11 and have a problem I NEVER had with the precious version ~ 245 traces in the broswer SKIPPED! Made repeated attempts, alwys 245 skipped! Not good!-

PS, forcing a "Subcatagory" selrection makes ZERO sense. the categoriars are inane!

Slower Internet Speeds

Hello, I have verizon gigabit internet. Since February I built a pc and was enjoying 700 mbps speeds using ethernet connection to my Nighthawk XR500. For the last couple months, I have been experience under 50 mbps speed and cannot figure out why. I have tried updating drivers and software and firmware but nothing has worked. I purchased boostspeed and optimized but has not worked. Any help would be appreciated. I get speeds of around 500 to 600 on my phone.

USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter does not indetify network

I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

I have exchanged the USB-C device because I thought it was faulty, but the same problem is repeated.

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

I remain grateful for your attention, time, effort and co-operation in this assisting me to resolve this issue.
