my num lock keys does not wotk after first scan. Windows tell that I switch between num lock activate and deactivate but the number keys stays inactive. my keyboard is a logitech CRAFT and it works on a different pc.

Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.

I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt

My computer unexpectandlty shuts off after 15 minutes. I check the cpu usage and its low. Not sure if the system is overheating.

A piece of software on my new Windows 11 system apparently requires the DirectX Windows Optional Feature set to run and I am continually receiving a prompt to install the feature, even though the features are already installed. I get prompted mulitple times per day to install DIrect X even though it's already installed. I've tried removing and resinstalling the optional feature and still get prompted to install it multiple times per day. I do not know what software is prompting this install. The prompt I receive is in the attached screenshot. I am not a game player, so it's not a legacy game that requires the feature. I'd really appreciate your help. Here is info about my system:

reports does not do anything. I generate a system report, and view report does not do anything

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

card: geforce rtx 2060. During a recent driver update that failed the old nvidia driver was replaced by the basicdisplay.sys driver and my card is no longer even recognised by my system. Nvidia driver update fails. i've tried every fix listed, nothing works. Windows update fails with the 0x800703f1 error for everything now. You own driver updater now hangs at connecting to the cloud. I even tired a manual instal. that failed as well. How can i reinstall a display driver?
