Unable to reclaim disk space on WD My Cloud Home

Dear sirs,

I've bought a WD My Cloud Home. The device states that from a storage of 7 TB there is only 1.4 TB available, although I have only stored 3.5 TB on the drive apparently it is using hidden folders for a backup process but as I also have a MyBook installed I can't find any of the settings to disable the backup process.

После оптимицации в проводнике перестали отображаться диски HDD ( два диска). В диспечере устройств присутствуют. БИОС видит.
Откат не помог.

Updating to the newer software

Everytime I try to update the software, it goes through all the steps, but does not do the update. It continues to show the original version and reminds me to update again. I have tried this about 10 times with no success.

Support?

Hi! Is there a plan to support the Opera GX browser? I have been using this broswer for my web serching needs. It's pretty good. However, Auslogis BoostSpeed is not recognizing the browser as a supported browser. Thank you for taking the time to read this question.

Slow browser and switching applications

I believe I have run all of the BoostSpeed tools. However, my system is now just slow...

There are long delays when switching apps (i.e., I had to close BoostSpeed with Task Manager and reopen it to avoid a interminal hour glass when opening this form)

Opening new broswer tabs can take 10s of seconds to forever. i primarily use firefox and have tried clearing the cache and cookies. The loading indicator on the tab just keeps cycling, sometimes even after the screen refreshes it keeps cycling.

I use Norton, but I do not think it is blocking anything. One thought, I may have unintentially disabled a needed start-up application I checked the interet speed here and its 1MB down and 5MB up... At home I have the same problems with >100MB. I'm using a new Lenovo Yoga , windows 10 PC.

Let me know if I can run/export anything to help you..

ウイルスバスタークラウドがアクセス不能になりました

AusulogicsBootspeed pro11を利用して色々スキャンを行っていたところ、表題のウイルスバスタークラウドのアプリが開かなくなりプロパーティを見たところ「同期保留」となっていました。結局本Bootspeedの適用個所をいろいろ外してみてやっとウイルスソフトは復帰した次第です。
このようなことを避けるために今後ウイルスバスターの稼働に影響を与えると思われるBootSpeedの設定項目の詳細について教えて下さい。

display settings/function

My 'brightness control' slider dissapeared in Windows 10 and I can't figure out a way to get it back. Now the screen just stays fairly bright all the time. There also isn't one in the notifications tab that I could us instead of the missing one on the desktop.

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.

I just bought MX ANYWHERE 2S mouse. Logitech web page insists I must have the LOGITECH OPTIONS executable to parameter the mouse. So I tried to install, but the installation does not complete.

Computer freezes up

One of the reasons I purchased Ausilogic is to help me with performance. My computer freezes up for 10 seconds or so every few minutes. I don't know if hardware is failing, if there is a miscatch among compenentry.
How can we use your products to solve it.
So far, I haven't been able to eleminate this problem

Drive error alert but the scan shows nothing

Hello,

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

If I go to the Auslogics store and enter the new key that was provided with my purchase, I am told that I may either use the FREE version or purchase the PRO version for $59.95! I have already done this with my status as a current customer, which entitled me to the 50% discount. Why can't I get PRO to activate? There are features that won't work without the PRO version! I have a DELL XPS 8930 x64 computer with Windows 10 version 1903 installed.

Hi - I see this widget on my desktop all the time and I am not sure what it is. Trying to Google it said it was part of Chrome but I uninstalled Chrome and its still there - I'd really like to remove it, it's annoying and seems to provide no useful function. Picture attached.

Displaying wrong color/crap in photos

Hello
After using boost speed I discover that my paintshop pro and canon software dont display photos properly.
As you can see in attached file it is totaly wrong and also on canon.
I have done a complete reinstallation af paintshop pro according to advice from corel and it didn help.
So boostspeed has done something, but I dont know where to restore from.
Please help.

Have been getting error 400 messages lately, like a lot! Mostly I can just highlight the text in the sedarch box, press enter again and I get where I am going but this isn't right. Help!
