Back Button Hijack?
Hello! Today my screen flickered and I couldn't use any browsers, I've tried chrome, firefox, edge, opera. It opens and when I try to click a link, it just goes back to the prevous screen. I can't even get your update from the link inthe app. it takes me to your site and when I click on update, it just does nothing. I can't do a search or click a bookmark.
I'm on windows 10 Pro.
I tried a system restore from your app and it failed with an error about the restore point was damaged.%programfiles%\windowsapps
AppxStaging.
So I tried it within windows. same errors.
I can't do anything that involves a browser.
I did a scan with malwarebytes, found nothing.
Not sure how to fix this.

Windows update crashes my computer
Windows update crashes my PC when I try to update it. It will start to download and fail at a certain point, around 7% DL. sometimes it will fully download, but will crash upon install. every time indicating it's rolling back to the previous version. I have Aura for VPN and anti-virus, but it never interfered before. This is now happening on 3 of my machines, and I'm at an absolute loss. The windows update troubleshooter also yields zero results.

Bluetooth keyboard pairing problem
Hello,
When pairing the device, the system and Bluetooth recognizes it, but NO WINDOW APPEARS to enter the pairing code.
I have tried it several times, but always with the same result. The device I want to connect is a MX KEEYS MINI keyboard. My system is Windows 10 LTSC 2019.
The technical service of the keyboard manufacturer (Logitech) has not been able to give me a solution.

I was having a lot of problems with programs and browsers closing, after I installed auslogic, it improved, but I was afraid of it being some deep virus, how can I know, I have the antivirus, but I still have my doubts, because the PC gave a improved, but you will know

I have a problem with every time I start up automatic repair comes up which keeps coming up forever if I don't click F8 and click Disable forced Driver Signature! After I click F8 windows starts up and runs normally. what do i do this problem? Can you help me? Hope you have a solution for me.

Lost files in Downloads folder ????
I've just done a action in bootspeed 13 after I downloaded update and it has wiped out ALL my files in my windows downloads folder so I am not very happy with this !!!! Is there anyway that I can recover these files ???? I'll leave my laptop switched on in the hope that I can get an answer from you to assist me in this recovery of the many files I have lost/

Something is not working correctly. There is a high cpu usage and I am unable to figure out why. There seems to be an invisible ammount of cpu I cannot see? There is only 1 user on the machine and the cpu usage is more than the users cpu usage how does that make sense and how can I fix and optimize the cpu usage?

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. For a number of reasons, I use Firefox as my default browser on this and other devices with Chrome as a secondary browser for some specific compatibility needs, but Windows is trying to force me to use their irritatingly disfunctional "Edge" browser. So far, I've had some success in decreasing the frequency at which WIndows pesters me to use the Ede browser, but I have not been able to completely eliminate this often intrusive problem. USB Flash Drive is corrupted and not readable
I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

Second PC Monitor Not Recognized and Screen Resolution Fuzzy on Both
I have an 11 year old PC running on Windows 10 and recently the PC stopped recognizing the existance of my second monitor, but the first and second monitors are working and showing identical screens/information. The identical screens are out-of-focus/fuzzy as well. I have attempted to find a solution on my own without success. Committ Page Memory Use
After about 4 hours of just Windows running with no other programs, the Commit Charge memory fills to 100% and I have to restart the computer. I have the settings set to automatic that control teh Commit Charge memory and it doesn't seem to prevent the problem from occurring. Any other suggestions to correct this?

From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Roaming Folder
I have 70 GB of data on my c:/user/AppData/Roaming folder. I have a space issue because my Win11 OS is insalled on a M.2 SSD drive with 120GB. I've moved the My Documents folders to a standard 2TB drive and told windows to install all apps on the large drive. I would like to keep the OS boot disk limited to windows only and make my boot quick!
Any tools in Auslogic that would address cleaning up my /appdata/Roaming data?

Storage issues
I recently sync my iphone to my laptop and i do like certain features but the problem i have is i get get a grasp on how to manage what goes where and the biggest issue is my onedrive and icloud storage is full and my google storage is getting there. i cant figure out how to stop the duplicate copies and 24 hour constant downloading.......

I am unable to switch to keyboard Chinese Input Method after using Auslogics BootstSpeed
After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).
I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.
I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.
The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).
I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!
