Recently my laptop has been freezing. Then I have to turned off the laptop manually and restart. Why is that happening?

After scanning for old windows libraries and initializing the cleaning process. It says process completed but no files are cleaned. Still 2.7 Gig installed on rescan and same problem on re-cleaning. What to do? Thanks

I connect my ear buds via the bluetooh on Windows 11m and it gets connected. Image attached.
but then when i start to play my radio, the sounds still comes from the external speaker instead of my ear buds. And it happened to disappeared as shown on my second image.

Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne

Здравствуйте. выполнил обслуживание всех пунктов в программе Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 и снизилась скорось интернета по Wi Fi, а также задержка подсключения к нему. например скорость была 5 мегабит,сек, теперь 0,3. На других устройствах все впорядке.

This is not a issue, it is a technical question about Bootspeed version availability.

I have recently installed a free version of Bootspeed 12 in my home computer. It is a nice-to-have product but noticed that it is a 32-bit version. Is a x64 PRO version also available?

Even if this is not the case, will the upcoming product version (Bootspeed 13 PRO) have a 64-bit version?

PS: My installation OS is MS Windows 10 Home, x64 version, with Intel i7 CPU, and 32GB of RAM.

I have Windows 10 version 1909 OS build.18363.1556
I get updates to Windows 22H2 which ofcourse don't succeed.
Why do i get updates for a version I don't have? and is it possible to update to 22H2 ?
If not , what are the options dealing with an out of date windows version. My PC is not Windows 11 compatible.

Windows 11 will not recognize and allow either of these two really nice, brand new, input devices to operate in the windows environment.

I've used the Auslogics Driver Updated version 2 to make sure all the drivers were current and operational.

I'm running a MSI Rader GE76 12UE 871, with 64 GB Ram, and 3 TB of SSD storage. I've also verified with the MSI Support site that I'm running the latest version of BIOS.

Everything else seems to run just fine.

I can utilize any BT keyboard and mouse without issue.

When I boot the system into BIOS setup, the USB G203 mouse works just fine and allow me to make any selections that I might need. I've also taken both devices to my wife's laptop and they both work just fine there as well so I'm fairly positive there is some setting in the windows environment that has become corrupted and will not allow me to uise these nice devices.

Hi I have discovered that within C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\ 11.X and 12.X I have old no longer needed backup data within the Reports Folders that contain over 3GB and over 7,000 files and dating back to 2023. In my 13.x Boostspeed I can access the Reports tab and delete if I choose although I haven't. My question is can I simply delete v 11x & 12x? reports folders or all the previous editions?
