Windows 11 will not recognize and allow either of these two really nice, brand new, input devices to operate in the windows environment.

I've used the Auslogics Driver Updated version 2 to make sure all the drivers were current and operational.

I'm running a MSI Rader GE76 12UE 871, with 64 GB Ram, and 3 TB of SSD storage. I've also verified with the MSI Support site that I'm running the latest version of BIOS.

Everything else seems to run just fine.

I can utilize any BT keyboard and mouse without issue.

When I boot the system into BIOS setup, the USB G203 mouse works just fine and allow me to make any selections that I might need. I've also taken both devices to my wife's laptop and they both work just fine there as well so I'm fairly positive there is some setting in the windows environment that has become corrupted and will not allow me to uise these nice devices.

Hi I have discovered that within C:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\ 11.X and 12.X I have old no longer needed backup data within the Reports Folders that contain over 3GB and over 7,000 files and dating back to 2023. In my 13.x Boostspeed I can access the Reports tab and delete if I choose although I haven't. My question is can I simply delete v 11x & 12x? reports folders or all the previous editions?

仕方ないので　Windows入れなおしました

When I turn on my pc,
after windows logo a blank screen comes for about 3-4 min.
then a "please wait" loop comes which lasts for about 1 min.

My PC: It's a prebuilt "ACER Veriton series."

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

is there an update to my didk defrag 10?

After using the Auslogics BootstSpeed and the function of cleaning the Registry files, I found that I am not able to switch back to Chinese input method anymore and I can only type in English. I tried to type the hotkey "Left Ctrl +Shift", nothing happened. I tried "Ctrl + Space" or "Win + Space", also nothing happended. The small icon at shows "EN" at the bottom right corner was disappeared (see attached).

I tried to find the file "ctfmon.exe" and excute, but it doesn't work. I tried to add this command at the startup, it also doesn't work.

I tried to delete the language pack and reinstall, it also doesn't work.

The only moment that I can see the langauge menu comes out again is that when I was in the situation of "User Account Control" when the computer requires administrator status to run some program (see attached).

I am pretty desperate and really need your help. Thank you!

My HP Pavillion i7 (about 6 yrs old) laptop went down - over days - from about 100GB spare of 237 to 1 or 2GB. I had Panda & Fortect. No good. Wiped PC & re-uploaded Windows 10 (won't take 11). Became 177GB spare. Great. But now again going down ridiculously. Uploaded nothing more than 40MB. Tried your & Wise Registry cleaners. Spoke to Panda who said you & Fortect & Wise remove junk files and skim / clean the surface of the registry. (Actually proved this with Fortect full scan & repair while I was on phone to him.) Said needs our technician to get to back of registry else this'll never go away. But want to charge 100s. Prefer to go my PC friend.
It's now 166GB from 5 days ago!!
I only had your & Wise's free stuff.
Any advice pls?

Something is not working correctly. There is a high cpu usage and I am unable to figure out why. There seems to be an invisible ammount of cpu I cannot see? There is only 1 user on the machine and the cpu usage is more than the users cpu usage how does that make sense and how can I fix and optimize the cpu usage?
