I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. I purchased new copies of Boostpeed and DriverUpdater
I don't have driverupdater on my computer just the web version
The webversion caused my windows not to reboot
I've had to re install everything
I would like to run driver updater but do not trust it without some sort of supervision
Can't go through this again
Registering all my purchases over again
Some still aren't working

after I ran bootspeed and tutorals 1-4 my laptop will not shutdown it starts to close then boots to sign in page only way i can shut down is to remove battery it han never done this before now hope you can help me with this problem

I have on disk C: With 166 GB, the Windows 11 operating system and I just want the drive C: for Windows. In recent days it has been full and does not allow me to manage the available space, as it has free only 1.6 GB and honestly I do not know how to reduce files in C: which I find too risky because I can collapse the system. What was at risk of happening today. I ask: can you help me? Thanks

Hola. Llevo un par de meses en los que de golpe se corta la audición de sonidos en mi ordenador. También en la reproducción musical. Normalmente, el sonido desaparece ( aunque visualmente y segun información de configuración todo funciona correctamente) y vuelve a aparecer trancurridas unas horas. Estoy harto de desistalar controlador i re-instalar controlador. Realmente , aparentemente no es culpa del controlador. Todo apunta a que hay alguna aplicación que produce este efecto en mi ordenador. En más de una ocasión, se pierde el sonido después de ejecutar un análisis de Auslogics Boostpeed, aunque este dato tampoco ocurre en el 100% de las veces que me quedo sin sonido. ¿Pueden ayudarme a solucionar este molesto problema de una vez por todas? Ya que el sonido se va y vuelve en cualquier momento. Cuando hay sonido, este dura horas y quando se va también dura horas.

How do I disable Taboptimizer in BoostSpeed 11. I have verified that is is a program in the BoostSpeed directory on the Windows 10 computer. If I do not run BoostSpeed, then I do not have the problem. I can send crash logs if that helps. I would rather just disable Taboptimizer or not use it.

Can you tell me how to fix wireless mouse and keyboard lag? My computer is running slow and ran One Click Scanner, Updated all BIOS firmware, Windows 10 and Device Drivers, ran virus and malware applications, did a clean install of Windows 10, eliminated and reinstalled mouse and keyboard drivers, replaced monitor, graphics card and its driver, defragged drives, removed cloud-based backup storage, and removed non-essential processes and software.

Firstly, what a wonderful piece of software. Always very cautious about programmes which can permanently delete items and never apologise when deleting an incorrect one. So far this is behaving perfectly.

My question is, is it possible to adress just a specific disk, for instance, can I ask the software to only process a requirement on my I drive or any other drive.

By chance is this an Australian designed programme?
