I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager

Recently, my computer stopped being able to access my External Hard Drive. I've restarted, changed USB sockets, tried it on my Windows 7 Notebook - where it works fine. Your Disk doctor has Defragmented it and your Disk Doctor reports that it has errors but no option to fix them.

Hi, I have AuslogicsBoostSpeed ​​11 licensed on 3 computers. 2 computers, the oldest, have windows 8.1 PRO. Newer computers have Windows 10 PRO. In the SOFTWARE-SYSTEM INFORMATION-OPERATING SYSTEM section the product key normally appears while on the PC with W10PRO the alphanumeric character string of the product key is covered with the capital B letters. I wanted to know why the code is hidden before it appeared. Thanks for the reply. Alex

My System Restore program seems to be gone.When i press System Restore in the Control Panel it thinks my computer is Windows &.It's Windows 10.How do i make a restore point?

After fixing of whole system {using default settings) I still see dead links to apps or files which have been moved or deleted while ago.

Ho to fix/delete dead shortcuts/links?

I constantly suffer from great slowness when I connect to the Internet via WiFi
Yesterday, once BoostSpeed 12 was installed, I carried out its cleaning procedures, and after connecting to the internet it sent me a message on two occasions indicating slowness on my computer and that this would be resolved with the PRO version. I want to know if this is real, or if the problem lies in insufficient memory, old processor, or disk characteristics, or all of them, and should I buy a new computer; but, for the time being, I want to avoid this last option.

I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

My CD drive has stopped working. It has power, opens and starts spinning but then nothing. When I click on CD drive in system information I get Can`t Collect Information cannot access the Windows management instrumentation software. Windows management files may be moved or missing. I am working through all resolutions on youtube but getting nowhere. You can see from the attached screen shot their are no IDE/ATA ATAPI files listed. Help
