Files and Folders Issues

I've been trying to open certain folders in File Explorer only to see a blank area wih the message "Working on it". That message can sit there for 5-10 minutes before the contents of the folder appear. I understand that this is happening with folders that have hundreds of files. However, this has never happened before. I've tried optiizing my Windows 11 desktop with your BootSpeed 14 product to no effect. I have also played around with the file folder settings per my research and still no change. My C: drive has maybe 100GB free. Do you have a different product that can fix my issue? Please let me know what I can do to fix the issue. Thanks!

Tous mes raccourcis inclus dans mes dossiers du bureau ne veulent pas se lancer. Mon bureau est sur Onedrive. C'est très problèmatique. Votre logiciel est-il capable de corriger ceci ?

Is it possible to group the duplicate files by folder? This was a very useful feature of a prior version (December 2024).

Is this feature available in the paid verison?
