Kann auf einen Ordner nicht mehr zugreifen. Was kann ich machen?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I INSTALLED A PROGRAM CALLED "QUANTUM RESONANCE MAGNETIC ANALYZER" ON COMPUTER EVERY THING INSTALLED FINE, IT CREATED A DESK ICON ETC... BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE PROGRAM UP THE MESSAGE IN THE SUBJECT ABOVE IS WHAT I KEEP GETTING. I TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I RESTARTED THE COMPUTER, I DID THE SFL /SCANNOW THING, I DISABLED MY VIRUS PROTECTION, I UPDATED DRIVERS BUT NOTHING!!!!!!! IM TRULY AT A LOSS IM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR THE PROGRAM AND I CANT USE IT! SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? OR WILL I HAVE TO TRY TO SEND THE PROGRAM BACK? I HAVE HP COMPUTER WINDOWS 10 MICROSOFT THANK YOU! MY NAME IS KENNETH BINGHAM

What causes 'not responding'whether It is browsers not responding or more commonly, file folders not responding and crashing my computer but not my browsers.

I got myself in a bind and I resorted to installing a backup file.
Unfortunately I overlokked the advice that apps would be lost.
I now have a list of about 60 apps listed as "Apps removed while resetting your PC", including Auslogics programs.
Is ther any way that I can recover those apps?
I'm using Windows 10.

Some photos in my Photos App do not show thumbnails and state You do not have permission to view this file. How can I correct this issue. I do not know where to go to activate permission for viewing these photos.

I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?

Pour les voir il faut les ouvrir les photos dans leur lecteur.
Peut-on les récupérer?

Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

When I click on my Desktop Icons "Documents-Shortcut"or "Pictures-Shortcut" they will not open. How can I fix that? I was unable to load "Documents-Shortcut" or "Pictures-Shortcut" to the "Add files:" below. Thank you.
