when I Right mouse click or Double click on a file it takes almost 90 second to 2 minutes to respond in window explorer

how to eliminate all references to the installation of a software from the Windows registry, in order to completely clean the installation files still present in the system and which are not eliminated by uninstalling that program

I got myself in a bind and I resorted to installing a backup file.
Unfortunately I overlokked the advice that apps would be lost.
I now have a list of about 60 apps listed as "Apps removed while resetting your PC", including Auslogics programs.
Is ther any way that I can recover those apps?
I'm using Windows 10.

What causes 'not responding'whether It is browsers not responding or more commonly, file folders not responding and crashing my computer but not my browsers.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I INSTALLED A PROGRAM CALLED "QUANTUM RESONANCE MAGNETIC ANALYZER" ON COMPUTER EVERY THING INSTALLED FINE, IT CREATED A DESK ICON ETC... BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE PROGRAM UP THE MESSAGE IN THE SUBJECT ABOVE IS WHAT I KEEP GETTING. I TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I RESTARTED THE COMPUTER, I DID THE SFL /SCANNOW THING, I DISABLED MY VIRUS PROTECTION, I UPDATED DRIVERS BUT NOTHING!!!!!!! IM TRULY AT A LOSS IM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS FOR THE PROGRAM AND I CANT USE IT! SO CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? OR WILL I HAVE TO TRY TO SEND THE PROGRAM BACK? Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

When I click on my Desktop Icons "Documents-Shortcut"or "Pictures-Shortcut" they will not open. How can I fix that? I was unable to load "Documents-Shortcut" or "Pictures-Shortcut" to the "Add files:" below. Thank you.
