Files and Folders Issues

I would like to move files (pictures) from an internal SSD to an external HDD. It is not possible: I receve error code 0x80070079.

I have Win 10 on my laptop and everything seems working properly so far.

After the New Folder option that is usually available after right clicking is somehow gone or disabled, is it possible to regain the ability to create new folders with this PC that I'm using without having to rely on copying existing folders or giving myself blank ones from another PC?

Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. Вернулся на Windows10 у меня начались проблемы Windows 10. Потом много чистил и обновлял Windows 10 с помощью Auslogics. Удалось исправить, но вот с диском никак. Да и времени просто не хватает. Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.

Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.

Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.

When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.

Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

Is it possible to find all files with 0 kb and deleted them?
I have many mp4 and mp3 files that have ZERO data all over in different folders and drives.

How can I keep my document lists?

These disappear from my Start/Documents list and the list in each program (Word, Excel).

I have searched and searched and can't find this referenced.
