Is it possible to disable scanning and updating the tweak for location services during a scan?

I always have to use regedit after scanning and resolving to bring location services back to normal, that is ENABLED.

See instructions below.

Open Registry Editor by typing regedit in the Start menu search bar.
Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\LocationAndSensors.
If the LocationAndSensors folder doesn't exist, create it.
Inside LocationAndSensors, create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named DisableLocation and set its value data to 0.
Restart your computer

I am an administrator, but Location Services no longer works. I believe this happened after an update was installed 1-2 months ago.

no matter what i do, i cant get the touchpad to work. it doesnt show up in any settings or options, or anywhere in the laptop. which actually makes it impossible for me to try like 95% of the suggestions for how to fix or repair or troubleshoot the problem.

I follow your instructions by downloading the tool and installed.
it seems like the issue still unfix.

perhaps could be i phrase it in a wrong manner. I shall repeat my question one more time, sorry for the troubles.

I connect my ear buds via the bluetooh on Windows 11m and it gets connected. Image attached.
but then when i start to play my radio, the sounds still comes from the external speaker instead of my ear buds. And it happened to disappeared as shown on my second image.

Location Services are "OFF." All the options to change to "ON" such as Camera, Mail and Calendar, Maps,through to Speedtest are grayed out. I've tried all kinds of possible solutions. None have worked. I'm wondering if Im going to have to Recover the conmputer by saving my files and installing a new copy of Windows 11 Pro? I may have to reinstall my Raid drivers as well as some of the Motherboard drivers during the reinstallation.

What are your thoughts?
