Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Hello. I'm a regular gamer, but when I play a game, no matter which one, my computer always crashes. Everyday, for months. I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. All of my flash drives are not recognized, irrespective of the USB port, I use. How do I reactivate the USB ports so as to recognized the flash drives?

My computer keeps dropping its print spooler. I reload windows and it works until I install Auslogics Speed Booster. Any fixes?

Hi, what benefits I would get if I increase thr RAM to 16GB instead of 8GB as it is now? would that enhance the overall performance of my laptop?

I just bought an additional laptop can I use my paid subscription and install it in my computer

I have your software in three computers as the license allows, but I can't find how to compare configuration between them, specially in the custom scan and clean for boostspeed. For example in one computer my login screen still shows the photo microsoft chooses, but on the other it doesn't. Maybe you have that in a config or xml file. It may be good to be able to compare.

I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).

I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

mein Antivirusprogramm "Avira Antivirus Pro" stuft BoostSpeed permanent als Bedrohung ein und löscht es.
Gestern wurde BoostSpeed 3x gelöscht!

Hierfür hätte ich gerne eine Lösung von Ihnen erfahren.

My IT department believes some way the Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 software is disableing the Remote Desktop Service. I work from home offten and I need to connect to this PC to develop and technical support of our users. How can I find if your application is changing the service to disabled?
