Defrag and optomize problems
I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???
Bluescreen after using Driver Updater
Hi there,
Just installed my Driver Updater on my new PC and after updating the drivers and a required restart I get a Bluescreen with the message "Inacessible Boot Device" adn restarting does not help, nor does turning the desktop off and on again.
What to do now?

при работе с функцией "защитить" выходит сообщение о сбое работы программы. Кнопка "защита" не устанавливается и не фиксируется на верхней строке .
по рекомендащиям программы ,антивирус виндос недаёт внести программу в опцию разрешоных.Функция "защита" неработает должным образом.раннее хорошо работала!

サウンドドラィバーの変更方法
Win 10 Pro のUPDATEの問題でWin10に問題が発生し、マイクロソフトからクリーンインストールを進められ、実行いたしましたが、サウンドドライバーがHigh Definition Audio Device が入ってしまい、音声が小さく、DVDを見ても、音声が聞こえない状態です。 ドライバーを入れ替えたいですが、方法が 解らないです、教えて欲しいです
ファンクションが間違っています
Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 でクリーンアップ後（使っていないファイル／ホルダーを削除？）、PC立ち上げ時に以下のメッセージが出ます。
無視して進めれば、通常の動作をしているように見えます（今のところトラブルは起こりません）が、何が起こっているのでしょうか？
どうすれば、このメッセージを消すことが出来るのでしょうか？

Fn клавиша на ноутбуке
Здравствуйте! Перестала работать клавиша FN + F1, F2 ... и т.д. Не могу в играх убавить звук, яркость. Полагаю перестал работать драйвер отвечающий за эту функцию. Пожалуйста, помогите советом как устранить данную проблему. С уважением, Станислав Викторович.

Bluetooth devices can't connect
After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!

Browsers run slooooow with WIN 11
Ever since I installed WIN11 the broswers (I've tried both Edge and Chrome) run at glacial speed, taking a second or two to respond to a mouse click. Sometimes a scan with Boost Speed seems to fix the problem sometimes now. Sometimes it disappears after a period of time, only to reappear after the computer has been asleep. I've tried all the fixes I've found online (remove extensions, etc.) and like the Boost Speed scan, the fix is only temporary if it works at all. Any advice?
BNP detected fatal error
I am having blue screen issues. BNP detected fatal error occurs every time I restart but not on shutdown.

DirectX Windows Feature Install Prompt
A piece of software on my new Windows 11 system apparently requires the DirectX Windows Optional Feature set to run and I am continually receiving a prompt to install the feature, even though the features are already installed. I get prompted mulitple times per day to install DIrect X even though it's already installed. I've tried removing and resinstalling the optional feature and still get prompted to install it multiple times per day. I do not know what software is prompting this install. The prompt I receive is in the attached screenshot. I am not a game player, so it's not a legacy game that requires the feature. I'd really appreciate your help. Here is info about my system:

Why Itunes Backup Files Deleting?
I guess Itnues backup file deleted with software traces in protect menu. Please check this problem.

WinSxS Folder
On my Win10 desktop - running Build 19044.1618 - the WinSxS folder has grown to 12 GB. Windows Slimmer as well as dism.exe Cleanup show 6 GB thereof as obsolete. However, neither Windows Slimmer nor dism.exe do a cleanup. Any idea how to get rid of those obsolete 6 GB?

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Computer randomly shuts off / freezes
Hello,
My computer does this thing where it either randomly turns off completely or my entire computer screen freezes, requiring a full restart. Not really to sure what to do in this situation, and it has gotten to the point where it happens almost every 3 minutes.

PC Won't start up
I shut my computer down last night adn this morning it won't start up. There were no issues before the shut down.

"auf einmal" ist BoostSpeed nicht mehr registriert (keine Pro-Version mehr).
Wenn ich den Registrieren-Dialog ausfülle mit meinem Linzenzschlüssel, erscheint zwar die Meldung das BoostSpeed registriert wäre, der Button unten rechts verschwindet nicht.
Daraufhin dachte ich, ein Neustart von BS würde das schon beheben, allerdings erscheint dann die Meldung, dass die App aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert wurde (siehe Anhang).
Wie bekomme ich mein Boostspeed wieder voll registriert?

Dear Sirs: Your screen is slightly too big for my 19' monitor, so i cannot read to bottom 2 cenbtimeters of the application. Hence thus not being able to resolve the problems in question. Hlow to reduce your sceen size so i can see all of it???.
