Green Buttons asking to activate pro version
I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.

Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?

The following two keys of my Dell Inspiron laptop is not workin ;
1) 'Delete' key

WTF AUSLOGICS??
I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.
I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

My mouse freezes, lags which was not doing in the past
I am a long time professional and I am actually quite tech savvy. I use the computer very very clean (obsessive level) But my mouse started to lag recently. I have downloaded Auslogics Pro (thats how we met) Even though I liked the software, it didnt solve the problem.
My laptop is Dell Vostro with i7 and 8GB Ram. Fairly new one (less than 1 year) But even with a simple operation (like opening Skype) it starts to level up fan noise and mouse starts to flicker, lag from time to time.
I formated everything on my computer (because this was not the case until very recently) but even that didnt help.
What can be the reason?

...при установке второй системы (windows7), при уже существующей (windows10), на отдельный диск, после загрузки BIOS, мышь и клавиатура перестаёт работать. Что бы Вы посоветовали?

Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

From time to time I get a notification that "Windows Start up took 1m 40sec" or similar with the suggestion that I look at the start up programmes with, I presume, the idea of reducing that time.
I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help.
