Is it safe to delete this keys
Hi,
I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.
Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.
Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.
When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.
Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?
Windows Security and Explorer freeze.
I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

Scanners ignore folders configured to skip in Preferences
Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.
bluetooth dissapeared from device manager after cleanup
Hi,
I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

Ваша программа периодически выдает сообщение о перегруженности процессора моего ПК и отсылает к "подробностям". А подробности - это сканер всех работающих и неработающих программ в компьюторе. Ваш сканер при этом никоим образом не оценивает важность запущенного процесса для работы компьютера. По сопровождающим характеристикам определить возможность отключения того или иного процесса очень трудно. Тогда какой смысл ваших обещаний "оптимизировать работу компьютера", если инструментов, реально выполняющих эту фунцкцию в части отключения второстепенных процессов, вы не предлагаете?

I have a new laptop with a high spec. However, for the first hour each day, it runs as slowly as an old 486 machine, then suddenly it catches up with itself and runs superbly all day.
I've checked everything:
Programs in the Start menu
ESET and OneDrive behaviour
Updates behaviour
BIOS settings
Everything I can think of and a hundred things I've learned about...
I've uninstalled some of the programs, but now I'm thinking I should uninstall everything and reinstall Windows 10.
Any ideas before I try the Windows 10 reinstall?

I upgraded to Boost12 quicte some time ago and yet I keep getting an annoying popup on my screen to upgrade. I need this to stop and this should not count as one of my questions because it is purely an issue on your end.
No Windows Update KB5008212
From a couple of months now, I am unable to install Windows Update "Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64 Systems (KB5008212)". Windows Update is urging me to do so, but all I get is error (0x800f0831). I've tested all kind of solutions from Microsoft and other sources, and tried al least a dozen times, with no success. Some sources insists in the fact you need previous updates installed before this oner, and Bootspeed 12 clears update files as a part of Windows Slimmer tool. Is the first time I experience a problem like this and, even not critical, is worrying me because I can get a solution. Best regards.

after a couple of min from when i boot the pc up and it loads into window 10 the system. become un responsive and take for ever to open anything. there is no virus or malware that i can see or detected.

When I close Outlook it does close OK
But when I reopen in morning I always get message it did not close correctly "Something stopped it form closing" Do I want to restore to previuos". I click yes and it opens

SSD optimization for a whole day

I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

High CPU Usage
My CPU usage shows almost 100% for sometime when I start my system or even sometime while working too. It remains at 100% for almost 15 - 20 min or more even when application is open. I tried all options in Auslogics to resolve it out but nothing is working.
Please suggest for any further option which can help out.
