I paid for pro why don't I have it

since I'm install Aulogics and run the program it keeps deleting my programs password and when I try to oprn (IN GOOGLE) facebook I'm getting unresponsive pages....but if I open facebook with EDGE I have no problems.....can you help?

Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.

Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".

This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.

I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.

Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

2 years ago, I was messing around with dual-booting and windows partitioning. So much so that an error occured. After I wasn't able to boot back into Windows 10 and deleted ALL my files, I noticed that my maximum capacity was lowered from 256gb to 237gb. It was probably from the dual-booting error. (Was trying to dual-boot an android os or a linux os or smth). I'm running out of storage because I'm too lazy to delete files and I need that 19gb. Respond ASAP, Thanks!

How do I shut off the "feature" that wipes out all my quick links in Word, Excel, Etc. If I can't disable that POS feature I will remove your software and never consider upgrading.

Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?
