Defrag and optomize problems
I have problems with defrag and optomize - it takes hours to complete the process. My previous version did not have that problem. It is so bad that i use windows defrag instead of Your defrag --- any ideas as to why???
Bluescreen after using Driver Updater
Hi there,
Just installed my Driver Updater on my new PC and after updating the drivers and a required restart I get a Bluescreen with the message "Inacessible Boot Device" adn restarting does not help, nor does turning the desktop off and on again.
What to do now?

при работе с функцией "защитить" выходит сообщение о сбое работы программы. Кнопка "защита" не устанавливается и не фиксируется на верхней строке .
по рекомендащиям программы ,антивирус виндос недаёт внести программу в опцию разрешоных.Функция "защита" неработает должным образом.раннее хорошо работала!

サウンドドラィバーの変更方法
Win 10 Pro のUPDATEの問題でWin10に問題が発生し、マイクロソフトからクリーンインストールを進められ、実行いたしましたが、サウンドドライバーがHigh Definition Audio Device が入ってしまい、音声が小さく、DVDを見ても、音声が聞こえない状態です。 ドライバーを入れ替えたいですが、方法が 解らないです、教えて欲しいです

Auslogics BoostSpeed 11 でクリーンアップ後（使っていないファイル／ホルダーを削除？）、PC立ち上げ時に以下のメッセージが出ます。
無視して進めれば、通常の動作をしているように見えます（今のところトラブルは起こりません）が、何が起こっているのでしょうか？
どうすれば、このメッセージを消すことが出来るのでしょうか？

Fn клавиша на ноутбуке
Здравствуйте! Перестала работать клавиша FN + F1, F2 ... и т.д. Не могу в играх убавить звук, яркость. Полагаю перестал работать драйвер отвечающий за эту функцию. Пожалуйста, помогите советом как устранить данную проблему. С уважением, Станислав Викторович.

Bluetooth devices can't connect
After running a scan and following several actions/suggestions, my bluetooth audio devices cannot connect to my bluetooth. I'm unsure what to do. I've tried removing the devices, and reconnecting them, but there's still a disconnect. My PC is able to discover the device, but it fails to connect. I've tried this with multiple devices. My bluetooth mouse still connects, but no audio bluetooth connection will work. I even tried to uninstall one device from my device manager, and of course now I can't even find it at all. Thanks for the help!

Browsers run slooooow with WIN 11
Ever since I installed WIN11 the broswers (I've tried both Edge and Chrome) run at glacial speed, taking a second or two to respond to a mouse click. Sometimes a scan with Boost Speed seems to fix the problem sometimes now. Sometimes it disappears after a period of time, only to reappear after the computer has been asleep. I've tried all the fixes I've found online (remove extensions, etc.) and like the Boost Speed scan, the fix is only temporary if it works at all. Any advice?

So these "rammerhead" links like rammer.rude.li ive been using for accessing anything that is adult and is purported to have privacy becuase its a browser inside your browser that has a different IP to prevent ISP from seeing your activity but it is deteced in adult website traces in privacy of auslogics? is this not really private and is just a false sense of security like incognito?

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

Can I use the registry to change a single program not to show the "DO YOU WANT THIS PROGRAM TO CHANGE YOUR" ETC.
Unable to move desktop icons
recently did cleanup and deleted some .ico files. checked Restore and files not located. cannot move desktop icons and a 1-2 minute delay using mouse with no ability to select programs on bootup since Auslogic installed. tried various workarounds via internet to no avail with no help on how to restore missing files. can copy/past icons but not move on desktop. no such problems since last bootup except mouse delay. not able to determine which file to send for review.

How do I shut off the "feature" that wipes out all my quick links in Word, Excel, Etc. If I can't disable that POS feature I will remove your software and never consider upgrading.
DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.
