Is it safe to delete this keys
Hi,
I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.
Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.
Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.
When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.
Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?
Windows Security and Explorer freeze.
I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

Scanners ignore folders configured to skip in Preferences
Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.
bluetooth dissapeared from device manager after cleanup

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

I get updates to Windows 22H2 which ofcourse don't succeed.
Why do i get updates for a version I don't have? and is it possible to update to 22H2 ?

BoostSpeed reading errors
On the bottom strip of the main display on BoostSpeed there are alternating displays of some statistics for CPU HDD NET and RAM. All of these consistently show 0%. Why are they not reading?
Also I frequently get a pop-up suggeting I clear my browser cache because it contains anywhere from 23 to 46 TERABYTES of data. This is odd because I have only 3 TB of available storage on this machine.

partition unable to delete
mysteriosly at some time this drive got extra partition. it originally had terbyte. I install seagate disc wizard, which recognized the second partition, but when I asked it to delete the partition it did not nor did it explain why not. of course when I asked windows 10 to format the drive, it only formatted the first partition (only 4gb). I want only ONE partition at this time

The lap top I use is fairly new, but is running windoews 10 pro, Microsoft constantly urge me to load certain up dates and when I try the message is cannot comply you need to purchase windows 365 for instance, but I have a perfectly good windows office already loaded can I stop the 365 nonsense or must i spend and buy 365.

I performed an overnight system restore on my Lenovo Ideapad laptop. When I logged in, there was an "X" on my sound system, which translated in to missing driver. I attempted to update through Device Manager, but it came back as driver missing. How do I fix this problem?

Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'
Hi folks
Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.
I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt
