Power cord

I have a pc and monitor and the cables got mixed up when moving house.
My monitor is Acer K222HQLBID 21.5 Inch HDMI Monitor.
My personal computer is PACKARD BELL - iMedia S 2885 Desktop PC

One of the cables is a 5amp cable and the other is a 10 amp cable. They both have the same connection at the other end to attach to the equipment.
I cannot find the manuals and am having no success online to find the answer.

Do you know which cable is for the monitor and which cable is for the personal computer.

Which devise is used with the 5 amp cable and which device is used with the 10 amp cable?

The graphics adapter performance

As a result of system optimization, I receive the message "The graphics adapter performance index is 8.1, which is lower than the average system performance index of 9.1. It is recommended that you replace the graphics adapter with a more powerful one."
My question: Does this affect overall system performance? What will change if I replace the video card with a more powerful one, given that I do not play video games?

Continuous self opening replication of 'my files' or 'This PC' files

Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Your software seems to have stopped my search from working

Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

Comment supprimer adobe acrobat reader ensachant que lorsque je commence la procedure, il stoppe la uninstall car fullTrustNotifier.exe n'est pas marque comme installé, j'ai pourtant desactive le Adobe genuine notifier dans les services windows, supprimer les cles de registre notifierClient et supprimer manuellement les repertoires, mais je ne peux pas desisntaller depuis l'appli windows des programmes ni meme modifier, corriger, ou installer une autre version.
Toute aide est la bienvenue et le logiciel d'adobe pour nettoyer les mauvaises desinstallation: AdobeAcroCleaner, ne fonctionne pas, il ne repond pas en 10 sec apres le lancement..bref, tout pour plaire

PC Crashing/Freezing

To Whom It May Concern,

In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.

When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.

The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:

administrator blocked auslogics

I have been using auslogics for multiple years now... I recently bought another key today. Today the software wont open because it pops up with a message indicating this software has been blocked by the administrator. However, I am the administrator.... So I am confused because now I can not run the auslogics software. Can you help.

battery not charging

my battery is not charging. i lost the invoice from the assus dealer in goa, india namely INTECH COMPUTERS, Porvorim, Goa. He is not giving the duplicate. checked online and saw that the warranty of this laptom expires on May 27, 2020, whereas I bought this laptop in April 2020. I smell something fishing with this dealer. took it to service centre, they say that warranty expired as above, and if at all they can help they want the invoice.

fed up with lack of space on C Drive...what am I doing wrong?

I am trying to do everything right. Vigilance, using auslogics and bitreplica, as well as duplicate file finder, however almost every day, my hardrive fills up, and I can barely get a file to open, due to lack of memory. I have done everything that I know, to try to have all files saved to onedrive, or icloud, but it doesn't seem to make any difference! The computer jams up, because it has reached maximum capacity! Why does this happen, when I am saving files to onedrive (cloud storage). I'm really about ready to chuck this new laptop into the rubbish bin. But.....all available 'new' laptops appear to only have minimal hard drive space. The retailer told me to save my files to the cloud, which is what I am doing, so why does the C drive continually fill up. I move stuff to an external hard drive, in an attempt to free up space, but as soon as bitreplica runs, I'm back to square one. I'm so frustrated, as it takes several minutes just to open a word document. Please please please, can you give me some guidance / direction as to what it is that I am doing wrong. Regards, Kerry

WordPad problem

Have tried (for years) to learn WORDPAD to start-up in landscape and not portrait. That goes for saving 'in Landscape' and seeing it change to Portrait when opening the member. (HRMPF)

Think, it's the only problem I have with my PC and now ALL problems in the future are taken good care of with your comprehensive
system, thank you.

Internet Explorer re install

Bonjour !

J'ai besoin d'utiliser internet Explorer pour activer un service (système d'authentification qui ne fonctionne qu'avec IE)
Or je ne trouve plus IE sur mon poste. Il n'apparait pas dans Panneau de configuration\Tous les Panneaux de configuration\Programmes et fonctionnalités\Activer ou désactiver des fonctionnalités windows

Je ne me souviens plus comment je n'ai dé"sisntallé, et je me demandais :
- si c'est un tweak de Bootspeed qui l'a désinstallé?
- comme faire pour le ré installer?

J'ai essayé de le re téléchargé en online et en offline mais impossible de termienr l'installation. Soit un message me dit qu'une version plus récente est installée, (Edge), soit l'installation s'arrête sans message d'erreur.

RDP keeps disabling on every machine that has boostspeed installed

I have my own domain with a virtual environment as well as several physical endpoints (mostly laptops). None of the virtual machines have boostpseed installed, only the majority of the physical machines. I have RDP enabled by group policy.

I notice that intermittently (seems to do it when it wants to), if I reboot a laptop or other physical endpoint, the machine will boot up with the "termservice" disabled, even though groupm policy enforces this to be on.

After troubleshooting group policy, uninstalling all other security software, and weeks of various other troubleshooting methods, the only commonality I can find is that all the machines that do this have boostspeed installed.

And followed the instructions there. I also turned off the performance monitor in boostspeed via the settings, but the issue is still persisting. My next step I guess is to uninstall boostspeed from all of my machines but I figured I would reach out before I give up on the product.

default_error_stack

While running the BoostSpeed full system scan, it was taking forever, (around 50 minutes to get to 25% of scanning files). I checked the details and found that it was working its way through the default_error_stack files (several hundred thousand of them) in the windows\system32 folder. because of this I stopped the scan and now need to know how to get rid of these files or get BoostSped to bypass them

Paired but won't connect

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

Video issues

Hi There,
I can be happily working along, and if I need to see a video file, I can... but then, sometimes it stops, and I cannot make the video work again.
I have Driver Updater, but if I reboot the computer, the video function will work again.
Sometimes, if I run a BoostSpeed scan, the video might work again. It can still stop again, but if I Boost Speed again, it may not make the video run again.
So I have to reboot again instead, which is pretty time consuming.
My initial thought is I'm missing video drivers, but i have Driver Updater.
Can you advise and help me?

Windows upgrade

I am using the BoostSpeed11 product prior to an effort to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I have tried before using the product but get the error message 0x8007042B-0x3000D Failure to migrate data on first boot.
I have just cleaned up the zero bytes folders, traces and duplicate files.
There is some thought that antivirus should be stopped while attempting the upgrade. I am presently using Eset internet security.
When performing the migrate data upgrade are all the files carried over? How much should be backed up?
Any hints you can provide will be gold.
In the event that I finally get the upgrade done which of your products should I install, and is it OK to leave the product I have
installed while performing the upgrade?
Eset has logged the driver checker of yours as a pup.What's the go there?
