Hi,

I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.

Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.

Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.

When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.

Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.

Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

si no es posible, me recomiendan alguna aplicacion para poder recuperar mi memoria USB?

I have an important Question regarding with my 'Subscriptions: 1 Question: After an Year time are All my 'Subscriptions with Auslogics will Renew Automatically?...or After an Year time when my subscriptions will gonna expire should I buy New Licenses for all my Subcriptions again, I mean do i need to do it manually?again? Hello and good morning, I'm not very good at softwares and know-how's on PC but I've tried using this program to probably fix the cause of what could be causing the BSOD's on my PC. After I tried to use the Auslogics Driver Updater, I updated some of the drivers and it asked me to restart so I did. After I restarted, the pc kept giving me a BSOD where it was written something like: Boot device inaccessible. So I couldn't even put the password and login properly. I had to restore the data to a certain point so I could get my pc back. I'm not sure what the problem is yet so I decided to write this message to you and ask for a helping hand.

Sometimes my computer freezes and I have to wait awhile to type again. Is there a solution for this? This happens in Internet browsers and Microsoft Word.

Hola. Llevo un par de meses en los que de golpe se corta la audición de sonidos en mi ordenador. También en la reproducción musical. Normalmente, el sonido desaparece ( aunque visualmente y segun información de configuración todo funciona correctamente) y vuelve a aparecer trancurridas unas horas. Estoy harto de desistalar controlador i re-instalar controlador. Realmente , aparentemente no es culpa del controlador. Todo apunta a que hay alguna aplicación que produce este efecto en mi ordenador. En más de una ocasión, se pierde el sonido después de ejecutar un análisis de Auslogics Boostpeed, aunque este dato tampoco ocurre en el 100% de las veces que me quedo sin sonido. ¿Pueden ayudarme a solucionar este molesto problema de una vez por todas? Ya que el sonido se va y vuelve en cualquier momento. Cuando hay sonido, este dura horas y quando se va también dura horas.

I dont turn off laptop at night. I run it with lid closed when in use.
I used to just move the mouse in the morning to wake it up, but not now.
I now have to open lid to wake it up and monitor shows large icons, clicking on Firefox gives a screen too big to use.
I then close lid to get the smaller icons that are usable.
Hitting the WIN key + P and choosing second screen only also fixes the icon size problem.
I went through all the 'wakeup' fixes I could find but to no avail.
There is a small chance this is a cat problem, I have several.
Any suggestions?
subcategory choices makes me think "windows" was wrong category to choose.
