auslogics driver updater causes WINDOWS 10 to be disabled
I have the Auslogics Driver updater and used it on my ACER laptop , which is only 3 years old.
The updater found 16 drivers that needed updating.
I did the updating and restarted the laptop.
The laptop then wouldnt start - I got the blue screen error message.
The only way I could get it working again, which took me 2 days, was to reset back to a restore point 2 weeks ago .
As a result I presume the driver updating never happened.
Is there anything I can do to get the Driver Updater to work without causing this significant error message?

can not download .exe file
Everytime I try to download the newsest version of BootSpeed, my laptop saves it as an Adobe PDF file and will not open/install. Will completely removing the BootSpeed app and then downloading the newest version work around my problem?

I have an ASUS laptop computer, about 8 years old and it is as slow as the second coming.
It has Windows 10 HOME, 1995Mhz CPU, 4GB RAM, 700GB HDD.

When removing files to speed up the computer, BoostSpeed deleted *.wsw files essential to my business. These are a part of a software application called Website-Watcher and include several hundred "bookmarks" that took years to develop. Can you tell me where they went and how I might recover them?

Can not print
Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.

Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen
When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

PC slows down after a period of being on, following re-boot.
This has happened a while (over a year): I leave my PC on 24/7 to get updates, etc.
After I re-boot it works fine but several hours or perhaps a day later, the PC slows down and re-quires another re-boot.
I just noticed today, after upgrading to V 12.3.0.1 that, although it still slows down, I selected the Disable BoostSpeed instead of leaving BoostSpeed running in the background, and the PC immediately sped up to normal! This is the first time I have tried that.
Have you run into this anomoly before and/or do you have a fix for this?

CPU Usage
I'm new to the softward. Running v12.
Auslogic is running in the background, I guess. (I didn't start any actions since my recent reboot.)
It's using between 25 and 40% of my CPU capacity. I DO NOT want that to happen. If something's running on its own, how do i schedule it to run during the night.
Why is it doing that? What's running? How can I keep it from starting a process on it's own.
(I know i can hit "End task" in Task Mgr, but I wanted to know how to prevent this in the future.)

Blue Screen
When ever I try to update any Auslogics software to the latest version, I get a blue screen error on my laptop. This happened earlier with Auslogics Registry Defrag and now happening with Auslogics BoostSpeed.
I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
A solution to this problem will be appreciated.

Right Click Menu
Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help. I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

I want to know if this is real, or if the problem lies in insufficient memory, old processor, or disk characteristics, or all of them, and should I buy a new computer; but, for the time being, I want to avoid this last option.
