Windows File Explore doesn't respond
I did the four scans suggested under Maintenance and the File Explorer has stopped working. I've tried several fixes suggested on line, but nothing works. What to do?
Auslogics icon for all users
I want to know how my husband can get Auslogics on his side of our computer? He tried to download the new version but encountered an error! Is there a fix for this?
Auslogics Driver Updater should I cancel or wait for installation to finish?
I am trying to update my Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 driver via Auslogics Driver Updater and it's taking a very long time to install. I began the process yesterday (29/03/24) at around 7pm and expected it to take a long time to back-up the old driver setting and then download the new driver. I've come back to my computer at 30/03/24 at 1pm and it is still installing.
Should I continue to wait (and if so, for how long) or should I cancel the installation and rollback to the older driver?

I have a pc and monitor and the cables got mixed up when moving house.
My monitor is Acer K222HQLBID 21.5 Inch HDMI Monitor.
My personal computer is PACKARD BELL - iMedia S 2885 Desktop PC
One of the cables is a 5amp cable and the other is a 10 amp cable. They both have the same connection at the other end to attach to the equipment.
I cannot find the manuals and am having no success online to find the answer.
Do you know which cable is for the monitor and which cable is for the personal computer.
Which devise is used with the 5 amp cable and which device is used with the 10 amp cable?

Computer shuts down instead on going to sleep
My Computer shuts down instead on going to sleep. So I have to reboot to start up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am finding that everytime I start my pc laptop, without prompting, it begins to endlessly open new files from the 'This PC' or the 'My files' folders.
I have run every manner of BoostSpeed 13 tools, and checked updates which may have 'upset the apple cart', but I fairly ignorant of this stuff and it has got me 'stuffed' !
Any suggestions please. ? TIA

Your software seems to have stopped my search from working
Hi, I ran you softwarre to clean up my computer using the default settings. Shortly after I noticed my search was not working. I checked Search in the WIndows setting and found it was indexing my computer. It is partially indexed but appears to be stopping and starting. I cannot search with Windows Explorer or inside Outlook. Both give a result of nothing found. I found one of your actions was related to indexing and I restored this. However it is still the same. How do I fix this?

Is there some way to uninstall or disable some Windows "Features?"
For a number of reasons, I use Firefox as my default browser on this and other devices with Chrome as a secondary browser for some specific compatibility needs, but Windows is trying to force me to use their irritatingly disfunctional "Edge" browser. So far, I've had some success in decreasing the frequency at which WIndows pesters me to use the Ede browser, but I have not been able to completely eliminate this often intrusive problem. Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem
When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.
It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.

Hi I have a question regarding scheduel running of disk defragment
If I set the program to run in background does it mean the program still work if I turn off computer?
When I set scheduel running for the program, will it be working if the laptop is not open window?
Computer randomly turns off but i can turn it back on

Bad block on SSD
For one month, impossible make à backup with Acronis. A bad block is the cause of that misfunction. I use CHKDSK with no stable résult. What can i do ?

I want to change the partitions on an SSD that i use for instant backup. I was hoping Boostspeed had this functionality.

どうもPCのSSDをHDDと認識しているようで、スキャンすると毎回デフラグしてしまっている。これではSSDの寿命を縮めるのではないかと心配である。ちゃんとSSDと認識させるためにはどのようにすればよいのでしょうか？
