при помощи вашей программы я запустил сканирование компьютера. После окончания сканирования ваша программа предложила исправить "недостатки" системы. После этого у меня исчез внутренний диск D со всей инфомацией. Как такое может быть? И что мне сделать чтобы всё восстановить обратно. Спасибо.

I would like to speed up my PC. There is no real profile in Auslogistics BoostSpeed 13. I have to exclude the use for games from the outset. None are installed. At least not consciously. In addition to normal office programs from Office 365, I often use the Internet for research purposes and have the complete Adobe package from CreativeCloud. I have now noticed very often that my PC freezes or that memory capacities are probably fully utilized. But I can't see any evidence or the cause anywhere. I copy the PC data here at the end. I would very much like to be able to work according to my configuration again. The Windows energy-saving mode is set to off.

Recently I have noticed that my PC internet speed has drastically gone down. Every other device in the house has speeds of around 65mb upload speed. Yet my PC is around 6mb
I have tried disconecting ethernet cable and just connecting to the wifi but thats just as slow. I have also tried doing a network reset and that did not work. Every interent page used to be instant and now it really lags. I cannot do any online work until this is fixed.

Tiny Font
I love your application. I use it often. I have to squint to see the font. The font is up high on my computer in windows 11. The resolution is as high as my laptop will tolerate. How do I increase the font size of your product so I can at least read it without a struggle. I am guessing it is about a size 6 font size.
Windows News Widget in the Taskbar
I have recently removed MS Edge from my PC because I have found it so intrusive, changing settings and software useage etc. But now my Taskbar MS news widget displays headlines and pix but will not show the news in detail when clicked on. Previouslt it complained it couldn't find Edge, now it just does nothing. How do I set the widget to use my current browser. I am proficient in tweaking the registry but have resisted that so far. Microsoft Edge and...
Win 10 problem: one update won't go through at all, Microsoft Edge opens a white page (personally) that I can't close normally, repair fails because the new install stops in the middle and never finishes. When Edge doesn't work, Outlook doesn't work, neither explorer, right-click on files doesn't work. Sometimes Edge works, but soon stops. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I don't use Edge, but apparently it blocks everything else for me.

Duplicate fiel search on networked drive
I have a Netgear ReadyNAS 104 running v 6.10.9 with SMB, NFS and FTP services running. I seek a duplicate file app to reduce the number of duplicate files on the networked backup device folders. These folders are primarily PC backups of user files, like docs, pics and music. I can also access these files using Windows File Explorer with a mapped network drive.
Does Auslogic have a product that will do this? PC is WIndows 11 Pro. Nwtwork is wired and with a L2 managed gigabit switch using DHCP and static addresses. Looking to aviod downloading backup folders to a Windows PC and using a duplciate file app then uploading back to the NAS.

pc unplugged ac adapter pc shuts down with battery charged at high percentage
my laptop has new battery, but when i unplug the AC adapter my laptop shuts down when it has a high charged percentage battery. how in settings to fix please.. oh, and my battery cannot be taken out in my asus pc

Regarding default setting problem
I am unable to set WORD 2016 as my default app, i tried all the solutions i came accross but could not do it, clarify and resolve it kindly
Want the operating system files checked and to be fully operational.
Check to see that all critical and necessary files are completely intact and functional like SFC /Scannow, and any other method you know of, so that when I go to re-install Windows 10 it will go smoothly and without a hitch! An example is that I can no longer use the pin I assigned to windows it just stopped working one day. And I've always had problems with the startup files from all versions of windows. Like my 1st install of windows 10 went bad because of the User.dat files getting corrupted, I couldn't repair windows, and I doubt that I could run restore and it would work. And I don't want to install windows 10 until I know it's going to run correctly.
I do nothing to corrupt files but they always seem to get screwed up by the operating system.

Hi, I have AuslogicsBoostSpeed 11 licensed on 3 computers. 2 computers, the oldest, have windows 8.1 PRO. Newer computers have Windows 10 PRO. In the SOFTWARE-SYSTEM INFORMATION-OPERATING SYSTEM section the product key normally appears while on the PC with W10PRO the alphanumeric character string of the product key is covered with the capital B letters. I wanted to know why the code is hidden before it appeared. Thanks for the reply. Alex

When I do a Scan and Resolve, the scan always turns up the Windows "Tweak" of removing "Old Windows Versions." However, this appears to never get done, becaause I get the same option every time I run a Scan.
