Unable to activate Auslogics Bootspeed 12 PRO Version
I have been having issues now for more than a week I keep getting the message the my PRO Version is not atctivated despite me doing it countless times. Please can you advise what to do.
Windows refusing access as administrator
Why has Windows started to refuse access to my newer version of Defrag? I have had to take it off my laptop and reinstall an older version to attain use of my perfectly safe and legitimate copy
Program not registered
As you can see in the attached show is registred, but the program says need to rgister for pro version. Please advise as I have renewed the license in december.

I did try to activate the pro version.
Reslult: The product has been activated
But in realatiy is the green botten still here and its not working as should when activated.

My Auslogics 12 is blocked by Windows 10. What can I do to fix this problem? And I cannot to set my Auslogics license key. I have just a basic version of programm now.

Добрый день! Образовались проблемы с Вашей программой: не активируется про версия (у меня есть подписка и лицензионный ключ), не запускается программа отдель после закрытия ( пишет: "Администратор заблокировал доступ к этому приложению". Очень странно, ведь я этого не делал)) и подтормаживания и общие сбои в работе приложения, хотя система весьма мощная и не хватку мощности можно смело исключить. Как быть? Что делать?
Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop
Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

Здраствуйте мне очень нужна Ваша помощь, у меня не отрывает страницы ни один браузер .Интернет есть , есть гугл , есть опера . но не открывает . не работают ссылки . Windows Blickpunkt-Bilder
Nach BoosSpeed12 wechseln die Windows 10 Blickpunkt-Bilder nicht mehr und muß von mir manuell repariert werden. Welche Einstellungen können das verhindern?
System Protection Blocking the BootSpeed.
Windows 10 is blocking BootSpeed when I want to open aplikation. (runs in background). This is famous request of asking a administratotor. It strated few days ago. I tryed opening as adminstartor and switched off Defender. I am rauning bootspeed 12. It is the same on 2 komputers different brand.
Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.
Windows Update, something went wrong
My sytem is no longer doing its windows updates, it always displays an error saying " something went wrong Try to reopen settings later"

I've upgraded to Windows 11. Are there any issues using BoostSpeed with Win11 that I should be aware of?
Also, I have Norton Anti-virus. Are the two programs compatible or working against each other?

Before I installed Boostspeed, I used to be able to start typing a website into my browser and it would recognize what I was doing and fill in the rest for me. Super convenient for sites that I use all the time like banks. Now that doesn't work anymore and I really miss it. How do I get it back? Thanks!

Recientemente adquirí Licencia Windows 10 Pro.
Introduje el nuevo código de la Licencia en Actualización y Seguridad/Activación/Cambio de licencia.
Regularmente la Actualización solicita Reinicio.
Cuando se lleva a cabo sigue los pasos de Descarga, Instalación, luego Reinicio.
Durante el Reinicio la pantalla deja ver:
"Buscando actualizaciones", "Instalando" (se ve la evolución porcentual) y cuando casi llega a 100%; "No pudimos instalar actualizaciones", "No apague el equipo"
Luego Reinicia nuevamente y se repite lo mencionado.
Y finalmente abre la pantalla de presentación Windows.
Al revisar de nuevo el menú de Actualizaciones, aparece error 0x800f90922.
Aunque ejecuté diversas operaciones (vistas en Youtube), ninguna me dio resultado.
Es posible su ayuda para solucionar éste problema?, por favor.

Does the Empty Folders Cleaner differentiate which folders should and should not be deleted in the Windows OC? The tool identifies hundreds in my C drive, and I assume those in the Windows' System, Program Files, Windows32, etc. should NOT be deleted, but I can't tell.

mein Rechner bringt mir beim Start von Auslogics Disk Defrag Ultimate folgende Fehlermeldung:
"Ein Administrator hat die Ausführung dieser App blockiert. Weiter Informationen erhalten Sie vom Administrator"
Nun bin ich aber der einzige Benutzer an diesem Rechner, also Admin.

This is not a issue, it is a technical question about Bootspeed version availability.
I have recently installed a free version of Bootspeed 12 in my home computer. It is a nice-to-have product but noticed that it is a 32-bit version. Is a x64 PRO version also available?
Even if this is not the case, will the upcoming product version (Bootspeed 13 PRO) have a 64-bit version?

Right click on desktop icons very slow or screen freezes up. Suggestions how to resolve... Boost Speed 13 has not fixed problem.
Annoying Windows Pop Up Notification
A few months ago, it started to show up an annoying Windows pop up message stating that my laptop (Lenovo, Windows 10) needs DirectPlay feature. I don't even know what is DirectPlay neither what is used for. The message displays two options: install or skip installation of DirectPlay. No matter what I choose it keeps showing up every time I turn on my laptop.

No deseo escanear todo el disco sino solamente seleccionar algunas carpetas.
¿Permite Auslog escanear carpetas selectivas, por ejemplo, de Mis Documentos?
Favor indicar los pasos detalladamente ya que no soy tecnológico.
