Can't open my Chinese typing software
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.
I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

Ma webcam ne fonctionne plus

Suite à des modifications de BootSpeed, la webcam de mon ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705FD ne fonctionne plus.
Elle a commencé à se mettre en 4/6, puis elle est maintenant déconnectée !
J'ai désinstallé le programme et coché l'option "restaurer les changements éffectués", mais cela n'a pas résolu le problème.

Windows Live Affected by first scan
Hi, I ran my first scan yesterday which was fine but now the content in my Windows Live 2012 set-up has been removed - specifically I have lost the folders, and their contents, I set up in my inbox, and I now have only emails in my inbox from the 18.06.2021. Everything else has gone. How can I get it back to where I was yesterday?

モニター画面が操作中に何回も、すぐ真っ暗になります。
本日より、スクリーンセーバーのセッティングと違う動きで画面が1分位で真っ暗になります。マウスを動かしたり、エンターキーを押すと元の画面に戻ります。
なにかこのソフトがよかれと思ってそういう動作をしているのかもしれないと思いメールを書きました。
余りに頻繁に画面が暗くなるので、今もzoomで会議をしておりましたが、何回もマウス、エンターキーの操作をしなければならなかったので煩わしく思い、解除できればと思いメールしました。
因みに、電源操作も全て解除し、なしの状態にしております。
以上宜しくお願いします。

Boostspeed Background Optimization
Hi,
I have been using boostspeed for almost an year now and I am a free user. It is all good but my only question is that should i let boostpeed run in backgroung and windows startup? Does Boostspeed optimize my pc in the backgroung when I enable this option? These processes take up a lot of memory. And also does boostspeed perfomance monitor optimize the pc in backgroung ?

Вернулся на Windows10 у меня начались проблемы Windows 10. Потом много чистил и обновлял Windows 10 с помощью Auslogics. Удалось исправить, но вот с диском никак. Да и времени просто не хватает. Some photos in my Photos App do not show thumbnails and state You do not have permission to view this file. How can I correct this issue. I do not know where to go to activate permission for viewing these photos.

Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.
