Dear Sirs: Your screen is slightly too big for my 19' monitor, so i cannot read to bottom 2 cenbtimeters of the application. Hence thus not being able to resolve the problems in question. Hlow to reduce your sceen size so i can see all of it???.

System Booting
When my system boots when i come to user login screen when I try to type my password and click suddenly it goes black it becomes again and again I have to power shutdown suddenly but it allows me to login properly.

keep losing saved tabs
Hi. For both Microsoft Edge and Google browsers whenever I run Boostspeed after that the tabs i spent hours setting up all disappera and its like the first time running the browser. That used to happen with Firefox browser but not anymore and I have no idea why that one works ok. Is there a way to set up Boostspeed so it NEVER deletes exsiting tabs. I run multiple businesses and have tabs for all suppliers opened and easy to access. I like Auslogics products but why are they set by default to wipe our existing saved tabs and how do I prevent that? Version of browser does not seem to matter. Is there a way I can save tab structure on a browser in case this happens and recover it? Thanks - Brad Fry

Computer Freeze on Restart and Shutdown
Hello,
Everytime I sleep my computer instead of shutting it down and then go back on later to use it and then shut it down it freezes while loading the shutdown. Same thing when I go to restart it. When I don't sleep it before shutting it down it shut's down/restarts without any issues.
Sometimes it says, "Windows has ran into an error, please wait while we send the error report :)". And at the bottom of this page it says please tell your computer expert (something like that) the following: Memory_Management Error 004. After the this page reaches 100% (for sending error report) it just freezes.
The only way I can shut down my computer when all of the above happens is holding the power button down.

no sound, drivers not there
Hi! I've used boostspeed for maybe a year or so, and recently driver updater. Somewhere since driver updater my computer has been off. Also, it should be mentioned that my computer will no longer even work with driver updater. Driver updater turned my computer into a nonfunctional brick, that couldn't even get past boot up. It took me a long time to reset it back to where it was. The driver updater program no longer works on my computer. I tried running it 10 times, each time driver updater program crashes and sends you guys a report.
Somewhere in there something uninstalled my "conexant and real hd audio drivers." Sounds simple enough for me to just go download and reinstall, but ive done that several times and they never show up. I have tried manually downloading and installing, and also let HP installer attempt to install the drivers. But they still don't even show up anywhere on my computer, not on C drive, not under "conexant" file (where there is just USB driver).
I have tried doing system restore like 4 times to put the computer back to an earlier date (when my audio still worked), still no drivers show up. Even my computer will say after the attempted restore point process, "failed to restore system."
So my computer has audio via bluetooth, but not through the headphone jack line in or the laptop speakers. I work in audio and video, so this is an issue. I am literally 3 days late in completing my video projects because i get get sound on this laptop... and getting sound via bluetooth won't cut it with the delay and wrong speaker connections.
I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 100+ apps that i've installed on my computer for video and audio, software keys, licensing programs, etc... amongst others. It took me around 2 weeks to install all of those. I do not want to have to do a complete reinstall of windows to get this my computer to work. Can you please help me figure out what I need to do to get this thing fixed? Any help is appreciated!

No thumbnails
I have WIndows 10 that is up-to-date. It has suddenly stopped displaying thumbnails of pictures (jpeg). It seems that t his is a common problem. I have taken several recommended procedures (from https://www.windowscentral.com/how-reset-thumbnail-cache-windows-10) to overcome the problem without benefit.

computer desktop icon not working properly
after changing the icon of the desktop basket, the view of the basket stopped changing. How to fix ... The icon was downloaded from the Internet and I like it (I don't want to delete it)!
Bluetooth
No matter what I try, I cannot get my Bluetooth to connect to any of my paired devices. I was able to until recently. Do you suggest I do a repair of Windows 10 without losing files and apps?
Unable to move desktop icons
recently did cleanup and deleted some .ico files. checked Restore and files not located. cannot move desktop icons and a 1-2 minute delay using mouse with no ability to select programs on bootup since Auslogic installed. tried various workarounds via internet to no avail with no help on how to restore missing files. can copy/past icons but not move on desktop. no such problems since last bootup except mouse delay. not able to determine which file to send for review.

Connects but stil doesn't work
Using Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. This is the first and only time I have used this OS so I don't have any experience troubleshooting it or point of reference. I have multiple devices, headphones and other devices that I know work for Bluetooth conectively purposes but otherwise but when I attempt to use them on this laptop, Windows tells me that the devices are connecting to the Bluetooth device I have selected but I get no sound. The only thing I can tell you that stands out and is related is that it tells me under System/Bluetooth that the device is connected but when I go to System/Sound, the connected device will not show under Sound/Outbut Device even though it shows connected under Bluetooth. I have considered reloading the OS from scrath (factory reset etc.) but really don't want to go through all that. So I am asking if you have any ideas otherwise.
Windows News Widget in the Taskbar
I have recently removed MS Edge from my PC because I have found it so intrusive, changing settings and software useage etc. But now my Taskbar MS news widget displays headlines and pix but will not show the news in detail when clicked on. Previouslt it complained it couldn't find Edge, now it just does nothing. How do I set the widget to use my current browser. I am proficient in tweaking the registry but have resisted that so far. When windows released their XP version on windows there were a lot of Software Companies selling expensive softwares for Engineering tasks... To secure these advance softwares from thievies,,, they use USB HASP keys,,, that kept operational startups to a specific PC that had a USB ports to allow placement of one of these keys plug in dongles... Then Windows 7 came along and it was the start of half of my HASP starting to fail to work, while some donglescontinue to work... I believe it was the Pro version on Win 7 that had a Xp version attached to it that did help bridge my work a little... Then windows 8 was total failure... Windows 9 never say the day of light... Windows 10 showed up and was so buggy at first, mostly in their third party drivers areas, it was not worth the bother for years... Then Window 11 appeared and once again a solid Windows plateform became realized... But Win 11 has its limits! Now... All versions after Windows 7 failed to support totally all my expensive security keys on all these later versions... I also fully really this long ago and prepare what I would do, and this also included window 7 too... Because of this trouble, I maintain my primary computer running Windows 7 Pro and I also maintain a FAST Dual Xeon Xp computer too... Doing this all my expensive engineering software are still operational, even today... I also know the Hp also does this little trick too... I also complained long ago to Micrsoft many times on this subject, but they ignored me... And,,, I know a insider at Hp who confirmed this for me what I said Hp was doing secretly is true...

dopo aver installato questo programma ed eseguito alcune operazioni, non c'è più "Nuova cartella" col tasto destro del mouse. Ho provato anche col ripristino, ma non riesco più a creare nuove cartelle sul mio PC. come posso fare?

Lost files in Downloads folder ????
I've just done a action in bootspeed 13 after I downloaded update and it has wiped out ALL my files in my windows downloads folder so I am not very happy with this !!!! Is there anyway that I can recover these files ???? I'll leave my laptop switched on in the hope that I can get an answer from you to assist me in this recovery of the many files I have lost/
