My 'brightness control' slider dissapeared in Windows 10 and I can't figure out a way to get it back. Now the screen just stays fairly bright all the time. There also isn't one in the notifications tab that I could us instead of the missing one on the desktop.

Problema con servidor de internet y administrador de dispositivos

Whenever I restart my pc, it does not want to connect to the internet, it appears connected but does not open internet pages, and the error solver says, it fails in the router dns, but it is not that, because in other devices it works fine, I must restart the internet modem or take out the ethernet cable until the line comes back, my service provider came and checked with his laptop, it works fine, they told me there is a problem on my pc. To connect the ethernet cable I use a HUB (photos) because my laptop does not have a direct connection to ethernet, and for some time, when I installed AUSLOGICS BOOTSPEED, I did some programming and it gave me an error in the device driver desktop, I don't know if that is doing something on my pc, I don't like to be connecting and disconnecting the ethernet cable, because it is supposed to work, no need to reboot or remove the cable. Since I installed AUSLOGICS BOOTSPEED, I HAVE GOT SEVERAL BUGS IN MY PC, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY CAN HELP ME TO SOLVE IT. I already tried everything.

A Game Application

I keep getting an error code that says 0xC0000005 (0x0) N whenever i try and boot up the application and I'm not sure what it means or how to fix it. It tells me to scan and repair the application but that won't work either. I tried placing the file but it wouldn't let me.

Protect Doesn't Recognise MS Edge

It was working for a while on Bostspeed 10, but then it stopped working. I upgraded to Boostspeed 11 because there was no support for BS10 after BS11 came out.

Запретить windows кэшировать в mapping file

Добрый день. Иногда падают игры, с ошибкой на нехватку оперативной памяти. Проблема в том что WIN10 уводит в кэш слишком много памяти. На скриншоте 1.6гб+, но это после чистки. было 10гб.
Используя RAMMap.exe выявил что те 10гб были схаваны Mapped File: standby. Почистил. но сейчас опять память утекает..
как можно отключить это недоразумение?
Служба SuperFetch отключена. Что еще может жрать память и не отдавать её?

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

battery not charging

my battery is not charging. i lost the invoice from the assus dealer in goa, india namely INTECH COMPUTERS, Porvorim, Goa. He is not giving the duplicate. checked online and saw that the warranty of this laptom expires on May 27, 2020, whereas I bought this laptop in April 2020. I smell something fishing with this dealer. took it to service centre, they say that warranty expired as above, and if at all they can help they want the invoice.

PC Crashing/Freezing

To Whom It May Concern,

In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.

When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.

The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:

BoostSpeed 12 clobbers Voice Recognition.

I am running Windows 10 Build 19042-2009 BoostSpeed 12 Pro. I use Microsofts Voice Recognition with Language Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows (English - US). When I installed BoostSpeed and run the scan and resolve. It clobbers Voice Recognition. I get this error message after. "Speech recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported.The recognizer language must match the language of the user interface." Checking the configuration shows that the language configuration is still what it was before it stopped working.

I run the rescue undo, and it still does not allow voice recgnition to run. I have to reinstall windows to get it to work. I have excluded Microsofts Speech folder from appdata and protected several keys in the registry to try to prevent this. Nothing I do seems to resolve the situation.

I just upgraded from 10 home to 10 pro

I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. Ноутбук не включается без подключения к сети переменного тока и выключается при её отключении.
Обновил всевозможные драйвера, обновил биос(правда теперь появилась надпись при запуске "Checking media...").
Проверил состояние батареи через консоль(часть отчета прикрепил файлом) и там осташееся емкость 12 октября остановилось на одном значении, т.е. батарея не заряжается и не разряжается.
Что делать в данной ситуации, чтобы ноутбуком вновь можно было пользоваться автономно?

Issues Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2020)

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. Edge Chromium

I have the new Microsoft Edge Chromium browser. Boostspeed does not recognize this browser. It will only clean Internet Explorer and the original Microsoft Edge browser. Is there an update coming with Boostspeed that will include this new browser? If so, when?

Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Paired but won't connect

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

Crackling sound after few hours

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.
