проблема с панелью задач

перестала работать панель задач
произошло это так - включаю я пк, немного поиграл, буквально минут 15-20, и меня встретил синий экран, который не смерти, а обычный синий экран ошибки, где пишут перезагрузка, проблема с чем-то (ну вы поняли, да ведь?), после перезагрузки начались проблемы с жёсткими дисками, но я их решил, и после решения проблем с дисками перестала работать панель задач, только открываются ярлыки разных приложений, а вот системные не работают, например пуск, поиск, звук, календарь, да даже настройки не открываются! всё перепробывал! и powershell, ну команды в нём и т.д., всякие приложения.
помогите пожалуйста!

Cannot reinstall MS365 after gone missing

my current & active MS365 suite just vanished from the system, and when I try to download/install the apps on my laptop, it get all the way through the process untl final 10% when get error mressage 30015-11(3221225506). I have dismounterd all system defence software (firewalls, defender, anti-virus) while downloading to remove these as potential constraints, and I have enabled the Windows Update features on the services list (cmd - services.msc)- which were showing as disabled. These however always revert back to 'disabled' once leave the page/screen. I also ran sfc /scannow to check for corrupted files - but all good. Can you assist please

In Windows 11, when I move the cursor to the bottom of the screen, the task bar does not pop up unless I touch a corner of it. And when it does pop up, it doesnot pop up on top of other windows on the screen. Is this a known issue with windows 11 or is thjere a setting I'm missing?

Please dont "mail" this in! I am realtively PC savvy, not an IT genius, but I built this PC and have a little knowledge about a lot of things but I want to know hidden or not-well-known settingsto enhance speed and performance of my PC ...so What tweaks should I implement or adjust, that BootSpeed12 will do for me, to get the fatest possible PC? Problem with VPN

I ran a scan using the new version of the software and now I can't get any VPN to run. I uninstalled the Mozzila one and attempt to reinstall it simply hangs. I also couldn't get back into Windows without having to change my Microsoft password - the pin wasn't rconginized. At this point I'm not sure where to go.

Why auslogics boostspeed can't solve this ?

Hello. I'm a regular gamer, but when I play a game, no matter which one, my computer always crashes. Everyday, for months. I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. Two issues:Text freezes and unsatisfactory settings

ever since installing this program and running it i'm very unsatified. Cannot type properly - text freezes every few letters and have to click the page with mouse to continue.
Also - despite my choice of most comfertable writing thumbnail - set my screen too bright with choppy text.

Windows 10 Restart Stalls

I recently had to do a Windows re-install (repair technician did in shop) because of BSOD issue related to dell driver. I bought BoostSpeed 11 to try keep my PC in good operating condition and help with many of the Windows issues including fixing a restart problem. Since the re-install of windows, restart actually restarted just once. Now when try restart it just goes through the motions, on screen message says restarting windows and monitor goes dark (power is on) but restart does not happen. I wait 5 minutes and then press power button to shutdown. I repress power button to bring windows back on. Windows 10, using this method takes usually between 45 to 60 seconds.

If it wasn't for windows updates I could live with not using the restart option. However, windows update requires the restart so I expect it to fail each time there is an update. Recently did scan and did the suggested tweaks in the Maintain section of BoostSpeed 11. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Dear team,

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.
