HP Probook crashes

Hello,
I need to know why my laptop crashes when using Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro 11. I've have this program on other devices and it works flawlessly. The program works as it should until it reaches 88% and then it crashes the system and I have to do a hard shutdown which really shouldn't be done. I've uninstalled the Disk Defrag and reinstalled it and the same result. Crashes at 88%.
What could be the issue. This is the only app in use to defrag. Using Win 10 Pro with 16gb of ram, 500 gb SSD and AMD A8 processor at 1.8ghz.
Also I've been using Boost Speed with no hitches but decided due to cost to just subscribe to Disk Defrag only.

error en el dispositivo usb

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

Lost partition

My SSD took several days to recover, via an automated Microsoft Windows process.

My disk had a C: drive, for OS and D: drive for my files, photo's etc. While the c: drive was recovered, the d: drive has disappeared. How can I recover the D: drive, please?

Driver is Unavailable

My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

No Sound

I performed an overnight system restore on my Lenovo Ideapad laptop. When I logged in, there was an "X" on my sound system, which translated in to missing driver. I attempted to update through Device Manager, but it came back as driver missing. How do I fix this problem?

Ihr Driver-Updater von Auslogics hat mir bei der probeweisen Nutzung leider meinen Maustreiber irreparabel ausgetauscht, sodass ich letztlich mühevoll das komplette Windows neuaufspielen musste. - Das war nicht gut.

2) Seitdem fehlt mir auch für eine COM-Schnittstelle der passende Treiber. Ein Support beim Computerhersteller bzw. Intel konnte nicht weiterhelfen Vielleicht haben Sie eine Idee?

Detecting Error during testing by Disk Doctor

When we tried to find any issue on my Boot Drive (SSD), I was informed that there is some iossue on Drive.
It says: something like "Index entry xxxx of Index "$130" of File 3998 is not correct"
Please advise how to fix this issue.

I just bought MX ANYWHERE 2S mouse. Logitech web page insists I must have the LOGITECH OPTIONS executable to parameter the mouse. So I tried to install, but the installation does not complete.

Drive error alert but the scan shows nothing

Hello,

In the menu that pops up when I hover the BoostSpeed icon in the system tray there is information that I have a drive error. I have run the standard disk scan but it doesn't show any errors on any of my drives.
Should I run a deep scan?
I have decided to bother you with this and not simply run the deep scan because I have had a number of situations with various computer equipment that could be descrived as "unlucky" and I am reluctant to do anything that isn't necesarry to my system.

Time Lag with using both mouse and keyboard; Slow Computer

Can you tell me how to fix wireless mouse and keyboard lag? My computer is running slow and ran One Click Scanner, Updated all BIOS firmware, Windows 10 and Device Drivers, ran virus and malware applications, did a clean install of Windows 10, eliminated and reinstalled mouse and keyboard drivers, replaced monitor, graphics card and its driver, defragged drives, removed cloud-based backup storage, and removed non-essential processes and software.

At this point, I'm about ready to pull all my hair out. I can't seem to find the cause. The only finding has been:

Перестал работать микрофон после использования программы

Здравствуйте, после использования программы перестал рабоать микрофон, приложения его не видят. В настройках микрофона он включен, но когда нажимаю прослушать с утройства, там тишина. браузер тоже его не видит, дискорд предлагает поменять устройтво, но толку от этого тоже нет. Драйвера уже удалял и ставил заново, проблемы не решило

copy and paste

Generally, copy and paste do not work with mouse druppin a meny. Now, I have to use tne keyboar,Control "c" to copy and control.'V' to paste. this has slowed my ompute use condiderably.
somtimes I can see a quick flas of the menu, but it disppears befoe any action can take place.
Any help to correct this would be appreciate. Thank You

Не работает микрофон

Добрый день.
После очистки и оптимизации компьютера с помощью Auslogics BoostSpeed перестал работать микрофон - и встроенный, и в любых наушниках. Система его видит, во всех настройках разрешено его использование, но на звук никак не реагирует.
На всякий случай прикладываю скрин менеджера программы - в заблокированных файлах есть куча файлов, связанных с драйвером звуковой карты Conexant, после исключения их из списка блокировки все равно не работает. Все это время звук в наушниках и без них есть.

keyboard is working intermittently

I did some tweaks using Aulogics BoostSpeed 11. My keyboard is now working intermittently, but I'm not sure what tweak may have caused that. I will be typing and it will just stop recording my keystrokes for a few seconds, so I have to wait for a few seconds until the keyboard starts responding again. I have a new HP Envy laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

p.s.: on the dropdown above for device, it gave me four options. I just selected what I think is the right one

Adding WiFi to HP EliteDesk G2 TWR that does not seem to have WiFi built-in

I have HP EliteDesk G2 TWR with motherboard specs per below. I need to have WiFi as a back-up to existing LAN hardwired internet connection. It does not seem to have WiFi as option built-in. I bought Netgear Model A7000 AC1900 WiFi USB adaptor, and i installed software etc,,, but that does not seem to work either. Per motherboard specs below there would appear to be two open slots available.

1. Any suggestions as to getting the external WiFi USB adaptor that I already bought to work?

2. or do I need to get/install some sort of PCI wifi adaptor/card?
Or what... help?

Unable to reclaim disk space on WD My Cloud Home

Dear sirs,

I've bought a WD My Cloud Home. The device states that from a storage of 7 TB there is only 1.4 TB available, although I have only stored 3.5 TB on the drive apparently it is using hidden folders for a backup process but as I also have a MyBook installed I can't find any of the settings to disable the backup process.

When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. Keyboard shift keys non-functioning, also upper case symbols (ie "@")

Hello,
After receiving the most recent Win 10 update and installing it, both shift keys have stopped working and I can't get upper case symbols.
I'm writing this on my old desktop, winxp. the Laptop in question is running Win10 having originally run on

Win7, then Win8 and now Win 10.
iVe tried rollback, updating drivers and restarting, deleting and reinstalling, checking Sticky Keys etc, also checking language layout.
I'm at my wit's end, can you help me please?
