I was using Thunderbird Portable e-mail client from my external drive [1TB capacity] for years before the crash. I am not sure if your IT specialist can assit me to solve this [ see attached ] I have 300K+ e-mails in it but since 4/10/24 when i tried to open it , the crash pop-up appeared. Due to this, I have to keep aside my external drive [ if plugged into my PC will shows as Driive D: ] and reinstal a fresh Thunderbird mail client to my laptop under Drive C: Only new e-mails from 4/10/24 are visible and I still hoping the old e-mails from Drive D: can still be recovered . When I log into a search engine ( Google or Bing) the home page comes up. If I search for anything like Gmail or anything else it says "connection is not possible". It appears that a virus is diverting the search. The security software is picking up that it is diverting to p.f.360.cn/pollmessage. I can delete the unauthorised enteries but cannot get rid of the virus so it keeps happening. Does your service get rid of this fakescan.?

Hello, I have an iPhone 14 pro and by accident, I remotely wiped the phone trough "find my app". My question for you is whether this software can recover the extremely valuable data from the phone or any other available software you suggest? The phone is password-locked as lost and hasn't been switched on since the wipe happened.

Looking at the report from Revo Uninstaller of applications on my windows laptop running Windows 10, I can see most of them are the 64-bit version but quite a few of them (including Auslogics Boostspeed 13, Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, Kaspersky, Dropbox to name a few) are showing as the 32-bit version.
I believe if these were the 64-bit version they will run better and faster.
Is there anything I can do to convert them from 32-bit to 64-bit?
Please advise.
