I cannot open hyperlinks in Outlook. My system is always saying that opening isn't allowed.
Looking to solve that problem with all kind proposals I found on internet doesn't give satisfaction.
(also copying registerkeys from a anotrher computer succeeding to open that kind of links doesn't give the solution)
( all options of the Outlook-program are set as they are on the good-working PC. Also that wasn't giving a solution)

Both PC have Bitdefender Total Protectionb als Virusprotection, so this cannot be the origin of the problem.

Please can you help me : I'm searching to find a solution for more than a full year...

File in attachment : extension .reg was changer in .txt to permit the file to be sended.

Why does Auslogics Boostspeed 12 recommend doing an SSD defrag when all the experts say that an SSD drive should not be optimized because it decreases it's life span?

So I'm old-school (DOS Win 3.11) computer-savvy...but not much more (never heard of secure boot/TPM/Bitlocker - until I used your program to update a bunch of drivers (probabally the BIOS) and I got BSOD demanding Bitlocker key and after 3 days found no darn way around it. Finally went to HP Cloud recovery (supposed to resture factory config) but this tool does not work for me (gets stuck in a boot loop...internet search did not reveal fix/work-around that I haddn't tried; i.e at the BIOS I turned off Secure boot, allowed USB Boot, made that the first boot device...even tried re-directing the boot loader to the flash drive...but I digress).
Only thing left seemed to be a clean install using flash drive media from MS website to download installer for W11 and then het drivers from HP. So...Flash installer W11 called-up a view of the diskpart showing X: as "System" with like 200MB, C: is the main partition with ~433GB and is BITLOCKED... and then there is a small Recovery partition.
So the only partition I might use was the Bitlocked one...thus I had to delete it and ReFormat to do the clean install.
...So far so good!
Now I go top HP and get my wlan drivers...install from recovery CMD using pnpuil...and I fire-up Windows.
I get the intro screen to select my language, then keyboard, then it hangs at "lets get you connected to the internet"
so - TWO questions: (1) what othe (critical) drivers might I need to get online? Here's the list of possibilities: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-spectre-x360-16-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-16-f1000/2101006126/model/2101006145 and
(2) I tried just installing "all" of the available drivers...but I ran out of room???
It seems that even when I'm at he C:\ prompt - everything I install actually goes to the X: partition [which has run out of space now...] Is there some kind of start-up initialization pointer thats redirrecting "System" traffic/commands to X: (instead of c:\Windows\System\System32 - where drivers usually reside?
- If so - how do I change it?
- If not then might it relate somehow to the fact that I never really "completed" the install process?
Also FYI - now that I have gotten around Bitlocker I tried the HP Cloud recovery again and got the same blind boot loop.

I am not new to Aulogics - great product! However, I am a new Aulogics 11 user. In Aulogics, in trying to bypass Windows 10 Logon on my Lenovo, I believe the password that was pre-autofilled may have been incorrect? I chose by-pass Windows logon, however when my laptop restarts the first User screen tells me my Password is incorrect. How do I fix this in Aulogics? Any help would be appreciated! ~Catherine Trager

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

It seems like the integrated defrag in boostspeed 11.5 is the old version not the new ultimate

What would be the advantage of getting the ultimate version if it is not integrated - what does the integrated version NOT do that the ultimate version does?

I have had Fences for many years. When BoostSpeed runs its weekly maintenance, I must re-enter the Fences Product Key to re-register the product. I do this and Fences works fine again.

This problem occurred several years ago and you provided a fix where BoostSpeed does not delete/address a file required for Fences related to the product key.

Would you please re-send those instructions if that would resolve the issue or advise other solutions to resolve?

Hello. I'm a regular gamer, but when I play a game, no matter which one, my computer always crashes. Everyday, for months. I have used boostspeed 11 many times to fix this, but despite what Auslogics promised, my computer is no more stable than before. Nothing has changed. So I’m wondering what it pays to pay for software that promises to take care of our computer’s system, if it’s just basic operations that don’t solve anything. Every day, I start the day, running Advanced System Care, then Glary Utilities, then WiseCare 365, then Auslogics Bootspeed 13, the I reboot and then run ASC again. I have been doing this now, daily, for over 3 years (updating as they are made public). 1st run of ASC... I find privacy issues and then delete them. With Glary's... I run (in Advanced) their "Erase history" under "Privacy" multiple times until I get "Zero" issues found (sometimes up to 15 times to get a zero response). Then I run WiseCare, multipl times (usually around 6 times (main page) and then Under "System Cleaner" I usually only run each section once... sometimes though I run the "Advanced Cleaner" a few times, each time returning a different number of files found and cleaned... but never getting a "zero" found result. NEXT is Auslogics Bootspeed 13 (AB13) I run the main screen, cure the findings... and then I run the "privacy" scan again... and I have done this up to 30 times in a row. The important thing hereis... each time returns a number of files found that is different than the previous time AND there is no pattern to the numbers returned either!

Looking at the past, the Neuroquila virus (circa around 1995) was the first (as far as I know) "polymorphing" virus. It created a "sacrificial virus" to "feed" any existing antivirus program on a machine so that while the antivirus was repairing the created virus the real virus could then attack the antivirus, making it, in the future, always retrun a "no virus found" message to the user. Next, as I recall... comes the concept of "nesting" where when you remove one thing another is created as that one is eliminated.

the above are just 2 examples of why I could be getting the results, daily, that I get BUT... I have stopped these programs after just doing an initial run of each and I have, many, many times stopped them short of doing an all out cleaning and I have done many "all out cleanings" (where I run each program multiple times) and there is a large difference in my end performance of the machine. PS... I do this on all 3 of the machines I have running and NO... I am not making money with my computers... I am a 71 year old man who's retired and od this for cheap thrills and to prove I haven't yet lost my sanity... thank you very much.

Sooooo.... I'd like to buy your program... but only if there's a component in it that let's me state how many times each component within it will run before it stops running.... cause sitting here and re-running these programs for over an hour everyday... just to keep my computer operating at a decent speed (2-I.7... 16 GB Mem, 500 GB SSD, 1- I.5 ... 16GB Mem, 500 GB SSD).

What I want is something I can configure to run multiple passes of the different compnents within your software so I can set it and then go do something else while it scours, re-scourts and rescours again as many times as I want it to.

Currently the headset is showing "Connected Voice".
If disconnected it will show "Driver Error".

A few weeks ago while using Windows 10 on my desktop computer, the monitor momentarily went black then came back on. But since then the Start Menu is totally missing. After clicking on Start button, an error message comes up now.

Have tried (for years) to learn WORDPAD to start-up in landscape and not portrait. That goes for saving 'in Landscape' and seeing it change to Portrait when opening the member. (HRMPF)

Think, it's the only problem I have with my PC and now ALL problems in the future are taken good care of with your comprehensive
system, thank you.

I wonder why my Windows 10 Pro version, upgraded from Windows 8.1, asks for activation(---> go to settings ) since 2 weeks.
The notice pops up everytime I strart the laptop.
I have read that the OS might become unstable if not"activated"..
When checking, Windows is activated, and the key seems to be valid, but with a digital license "provided by "Your Organization""
Is there a way around it, without wiping the drive and install "new "Windows 10 Pro ? I did make a back up copy with Auslogics Bitreplica on a WD drive though..

With hte update of Windows t0 the sound on my computer fades in and out. I have used the troubleshooter; however, it is of no help at all.

I have a HP Pavilion 15t-n200 CTO Notebook PC and HP is of no use any longer as my warranty has run out and as my computer is almost seven years old it probably cannot be renewed. My laptop has a Conexant Audio driver HD,

I am considering buying a new computer but before spending $1000, I want to be sure there isns't something I can do with the one I have.

If I have to restart, it takes 20 minutes or more to load completely. I have basically nothing in startup and can't figure out what is making this take so long. It's the same whether a restart or new start. The hard drive is only a little over half full with lots of pictures. Logically it has to be in either ASUS or windows (10). It's very frustrating and because it takes so long to load, I leave it running. For quite a few years I paid for a service that cleaned the system once a month and helped with any problem. I am no longer using it as it was expensive and even though I stressed the startup time issue, they never improved it.

You can see a lot about the machine, but it doesn't say it's an ASUS 15" laptop, purchased in September of 2014, model R510LAVS51 with core i5
I didn't know if you needed this, but I'd rather give you unnecessary information than have you come back to me.
