Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.

I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.

How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?

I have removed Microsoft edge and Cortana from my computer but on start up it shows in the Event Viewer that there is always 2 errors relating to searching for the Cortana package (Appx PackageSync). Just wondering if you know how I can stop my computer from looking for Cortana at all.

I am trying to do everything right. Vigilance, using auslogics and bitreplica, as well as duplicate file finder, however almost every day, my hardrive fills up, and I can barely get a file to open, due to lack of memory. I have done everything that I know, to try to have all files saved to onedrive, or icloud, but it doesn't seem to make any difference! The computer jams up, because it has reached maximum capacity! Why does this happen, when I am saving files to onedrive (cloud storage). I'm really about ready to chuck this new laptop into the rubbish bin. But.....all available 'new' laptops appear to only have minimal hard drive space. The retailer told me to save my files to the cloud, which is what I am doing, so why does the C drive continually fill up. I move stuff to an external hard drive, in an attempt to free up space, but as soon as bitreplica runs, I'm back to square one. I'm so frustrated, as it takes several minutes just to open a word document. Please please please, can you give me some guidance / direction as to what it is that I am doing wrong. Regards, Kerry

Recently my laptop has been freezing. Then I have to turned off the laptop manually and restart. Why is that happening?

In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.

When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:

Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.

The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:

I successfully uupdated all my outdated drivers using the Update Drivers app, except this one:

When I attempt to update driver for Standard SATA AHCI Controller the boot device becomes unaccessible, and I need to reset the system with restore point.

Do I really need to update it, and if yes then how I can resolve this issue

I am unable to set WORD 2016 as my default app, i tried all the solutions i came accross but could not do it, clarify and resolve it kindly

Suite à des modifications de BootSpeed, la webcam de mon ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705FD ne fonctionne plus.
Elle a commencé à se mettre en 4/6, puis elle est maintenant déconnectée !
J'ai désinstallé le programme et coché l'option "restaurer les changements éffectués", mais cela n'a pas résolu le problème.

Hi, I have AuslogicsBoostSpeed ​​11 licensed on 3 computers. 2 computers, the oldest, have windows 8.1 PRO. Newer computers have Windows 10 PRO. In the SOFTWARE-SYSTEM INFORMATION-OPERATING SYSTEM section the product key normally appears while on the PC with W10PRO the alphanumeric character string of the product key is covered with the capital B letters. I called tech support to fix the follwintg problem "rquires elevation" I am still getting the same thing on numerous sites. Is there
no one that can fix this? Tried you on line solution but it does not work as described.

Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.
