Hi There,
I can be happily working along, and if I need to see a video file, I can... but then, sometimes it stops, and I cannot make the video work again.
I have Driver Updater, but if I reboot the computer, the video function will work again.
Sometimes, if I run a BoostSpeed scan, the video might work again. It can still stop again, but if I Boost Speed again, it may not make the video run again.
So I have to reboot again instead, which is pretty time consuming.
My initial thought is I'm missing video drivers, but i have Driver Updater.
Can you advise and help me?

BROWSER, eDGE, eXPLORER 11, CHROME ARE FREEZING AND ARE OPERATING SLOWER. i KNOW THAT TOOLS HAVE A WAY OF IMPROVING PERFORMANCE BUT AFER OPTIMIZING IS WHEN IT STARTED. i DONOT KNOW THE BEST MAUAL SPECIFICATIOS.
wHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIX THIS?

I am having ongoing issues with my MSI GL65 Leopard suddenly "freezing" (GUI becomes totally unresponsive) while I am streaming, using cloud drives (One Drive, SharePoint, etc) or have multiple applications running in Windows (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, etc). I am forced to to hit the power button and reboot -- often losing my work in the progress.

It is not a hardware issue as I have 32G Ram with an Intel i7. I check the Windows Event Viewer and persistently see issues with the "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener", and the application-specific permission settings in COM Server Application.

Is there a way (or a tool in Auslogics) to use the info I find in the WIndows Viewer to address these or any other issues? Is there a Windows Event Viewer diagnostic tool I am unaware of? Am I barking up the wrong tree in using Windows Event Viewer and the real issue is elsewhere and there's a better way to identify the issue?

I am only associating the freezes with these issues because they usually occur right before Critical Error freeze occurs.

Hi,

I want to turn on Location services so that my display automatically dims and cuts out blue light when the sun sets. However when I go to 'Night Light Settings' and then under 'Schedule' access 'Location Settings' I am informed that "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" and the 'Change' button is disabled.

What Organisation? This is my personal desktop not managed by anyone but me.

Pleas could you help with this issue.

I have asked this question before and the help I got didn't help one bit.

The Dashboard keeps popping up at the most inconveniant times to the point of be annoying.
When the Dashboard pops up everything stops until I acknowledge it or close it.
It always pops up while I'm gaming, while working with photos, reading my e-mail, and even while I'm working with my annimation programs and interfears with anything else to the point I'm beginning to think you created a virus program.
This has got to stop.
The other previous versions never did this and Im not the only one having the same problem.
I have several friends and family members I talked into buying this program who are having the same problem with theirs also.
Thats Seven (7) people besides me who are about to ask for refunds if we can't stop the Dashboard popups.
I have tried everything I could find from unchecking notices to automatic maintinance and the popups still continue.
Even the suggestions you gave me didn't help stop the pops.

Our 60 days is coming up on the 17th of this month for asking for our refunds.
Help us or refund us.

Hi - new customer. Purchased the Driver Update SW. I'm finding that the driver update wants to update my Windows 10 AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics even after a successful update. I believe it's not updating successfully even though it indicartes that the update has been successful. Can you help me troubleshoot. What detail do you need from me?

Уже не первый раз встроенный антивирус Windows 10 "ругается" на программу, после чего удаляет DriverUpdaterHelper.dll, выдаёт код ошибки 0х0000007Е, и просит переустановить программу. А сейчас при попытке загрузки сетапа с вашего сайте пишет, что она содержит вредоносную программу. Пожалуйста, подскажите, как мне решить данную проблему, чтобы на будущее я с ней не сталкивался? Hi. When i go into empty folder cleaner it will find; i.e *582 empty folders, i press delete, and when its finished it says 520 empty folders found and deleted 258 of them. They go to the recycle bin, which i then empty, but when i do a re-search for empty folders they are all back again. It never actually clears the whole amounts found. *These are the actual readings of my last scan, but the numbers are very close to what they are with every scan. Can you help please? Clive

When scanning with the Driver Updater application it stops when scanning the Alienware Command Center Win32 Component Device. It has been sitting there for over 20 minutes.
